Situated at the top of the hill overlooking Flamands Bay, Villa Arte (ATT) is a newly constructed villa that offers its guests a high degree of luxury and comfort along with sensible design perfectly suited for the vacation lifestyle. From the property’s ample and partially covered parking area, you enter the villa to find an exceptionally large terrace with a view of the Atlantic and the small islets to the north of St. Barth. The outdoor area includes separate sections on different levels for different moods and different times of day. In the shade near the main living area you will find an outdoor dining table seating six with a beautiful view of the evening sky. On the same level you have the heated, infinity-edge lap pool, and just a few steps down a large hardwood deck with chaises for relaxing in the sun. Not far away is a full-featured Jacuzzi.

La Rose des Vents (Villa LRV) offers a sensational view of the lagoon at Grand Cul de Sac. The white decor and open-air feel add to its ambiance. This home’s recent renovation reflects the vibrant blue and green hues of the sea, an idyllic atmosphere for relaxation.

In the secluded neighborhood of Anse des Lezards, near Flamands Beach, is the beautiful Villa Jali (ABT). This comfortable and modern villa offers guests all-day sunshine in a place caressed by refreshing ocean breezes. The minimalist style of the contemporary decor employs a white, cream and black color scheme to create a clean yet lively look.

The kitchen, living room and bathrooms share a common theme with generous usage of polished concrete. A high ceiling open plan room encloses the living and kitchen areas giving both a sense of spacious luminosity. Sliding doors open onto the al fresco dining area on the covered pool terrace. The large deck on the far side of the pool is perfect for sunbathing.

The master bedroom adjacent to the living room opens on the covered terrace and pool. Two separate bungalows contain the other two bedrooms. One is on the same level as the main villa, while the third is below. Directly beneath the main villa an exercise room that doubles as an office with its own Internet connection.
