Take in the views of the sea and rolling hills while lounging on the private terrace with manicured tropical gardens. The large pool stretches along the edge of the terrace and is a perfect spot to cool down on warm days. You can also escape to the covered gazebo for refuge—with built-in outdoor speakers and a large hammock you can relax while listening to your favorite tunes. There’s also a gas barbecue here and a table—one of two spots to enjoy an alfresco meal (a larger table sits on the top level patio).

The interior of the home is spacious with tall ceilings and comfortable, blue-patterned furnishings.
