On warm afternoons, go for a dip in the large pool, it’s surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and tropical greenery and overlooks the sea. The backyard also features a private lawn with seating areas and water views. In the evenings, take advantage of the upper-level patio’s alfresco dining area and have a barbecue.

From the patio, step into the living room—it opens up to the terrace, perfectly blending the comforts of indoor and outdoor living. The decor is a mix of colonial and contemporary styles with plush sofas and accents done in soft, neutral colors. A second sitting room offers more sofas while the fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. You’ll also find extra gadgets like a dishwasher, ice maker, and an espresso machine for early morning lattes.

Up to four guests can stay in the villa’s two bedrooms on either side of living room, allowing for maximum privacy. Both feature king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and TVs with DVD players.

The beaches at St. Barts offer a bounty of activities from snorkeling to deep-sea fishing to wind surfing and sailing or simply just taking in some sun on the sand—the nearest one is just five minutes away. You’re also just 15 minutes to Gustavia, the island’s capital where you’ll find top-notch restaurants, shops and spas.

Situated on the hillside of Corossol, close to Colombier, this luxury home is located just five minutes from the airport. Your island adventure begins almost right away—a 4×4 rental vehicle is recommended to access this property, making it one of our most private St Barts villas. The island of St. Barts is a tropical paradise that regularly attracts the rich and famous from around the world.

Revel in some much-needed quiet time in this home’s backyard terrace. It offers views of the bay during the day and the sparkling lights of anchored yachts at night. On hot afternoons escape the heat in the overflow pool overlooking tropical hills, palm trees and the water. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) means you don’t have to worry about the little things.

The interior of this home boasts a minimalist architectural style and contemporary décor, think clean white paint with pops of color and exotic wood accents. The large living room features an L-shaped sofa, a vaulted ceiling and opens up to the terrace. Meanwhile, the gourmet kitchen is bright and fully equipped with appliances like a coffee machine, blender and dishwasher.

Up to six guests are able to stay here (children 12 and older are welcome). There are two bedrooms on each side of the villa, offering ultimate privacy. Both include king-sized beds, bathrooms with showers, air conditioning and safes. A third suite is found in a separate bungalow with its own kitchenette and bar. This bedroom has two twin beds (which when pushed together make a king) and an en-suite with a shower, (plus an alfresco shower), air conditioning and a TV and DVD player.

From this property you’re just five minutes to the nearest restaurant and a 10-minute jaunt to the closest grocery store. Equally close is Gustavia, the capital of St. Barts. Here you can explore high-end boutiques and world-class dining options.

Cap Au Vent

During the day you can lounge on the terrace looking out over island’s most inspiring view or take a dip in the pool which overhangs the ocean below, all while enjoying your favorite music through the outdoor speakers. In the evening grill up some local surf n’ turf on the outdoor BBQ or enjoy a romantic moment under the private waterfall with a glass of champagne.

Inside, you can sink into one of the plush sofas and chairs and watch your favorite movies on a large flatscreen TV. Spoil yourself by preparing a decadent meal in the large, open concept kitchen, equipped with the best of everything from around the world. The kitchen opens out onto a terrace where you can enjoy your feast al fresco, while never letting the ocean out of your sight.

Up to 8 guests can enjoy a comfortable stay and all four bedrooms have an unforgettable view of the ocean, en-suite bathroom and hand-made quilts on each bed. You won’t need to go far to find some local color. Drive 5 minutes and you can discover the unspoilt character and beautiful setting of Lorient Beach, popular with families and surfers alike. And in just ten minutes you’ll be hitting the shops, sampling famous French cuisine or trying out the local Creole specialties in historic St-Jean.

Blue Swan

Sitting on the water’s edge in Lurin with sunset views overlooking the water, this estate is one of our most requested St Barts villa rentals. This Caribbean island is known for its upscale appeal and is popular with the rich and famous from around the world.

Enjoy spending time on the spacious back deck; you’ll find comfy sun chaises, tropical greenery and an infinity edge swimming pool with a thatched-roof bar overlooking the ocean. The alfresco dining area makes for a perfect spot for an open-air meal under the stars. You don’t have to lift a finger—the housekeeper is available every day, except on Sundays and holidays.

Inside, the large living room features vaulted ceilings, cozy, neutral-colored furnishings and tile flooring. Interesting art pieces are found throughout the home, as are views of the garden or the sea. The open-design kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including even a dishwasher, espresso machine and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar is situated in front of an open-air window overlooking the back deck.

Up to eight guests are able to comfortably stay in the villa’s four well-outfitted bedrooms. All come with en-suite bathrooms with showers, plus air conditioning, French satellite TV and a DVD player. The master suite has a king-sized bed, while the guest suites include queens. Children over 10 years old are welcome here.

Blue Serenity

Blue Serenity is spread over two and a half beautiful acres with lush landscaping and lawns dotted with shady trees and flowers. It’s surrounded by fencing and walls built with native bluebit stone for privacy and security. An electronic gate offers privileged access to guests, while the pool man, gardener and other villa staff enter through a second gated entrance to the property. The high-ceilinged, spacious Great Room serves as the central gathering spot.

The Blue Serenity’s home office is a spacious area well-equipped with DSL service and Wi-Fi for your laptop. Conveniently situated between the Great Room and master suite is the air-conditioned exercise room. Outside is the huge sun deck and swimming pool with an enchanting view of the ocean beyond. A portion of this large deck is roofed for outdoor dining options and for shady relaxation on bright sunny days. Blue Serenity has an assortment of children’s pool toys and floats available, if you are bringing the whole family.

The Great Room offers a plush sitting area, with the open-plan gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area adjoining within one generous, convivial space. There are two dining tables which seat up to 14 for al fresco meals. Right outside the kitchen is a handy gas grill, protected from the weather by a deep overhang.

On the east side of the Great Room are two bedrooms. The palatial king master suite is furnished with custom blinds and fine linens; adjoining is an enclosed sitting area overlooking the pool and expansive sun deck. The master bath is pure indulgence, with a bathtub and large glassed-in shower. Another king (or two twin) bedroom is off the east hallway with a full bath just across the hall. The west wing comprises a queen bedroom/bath suite. Recently completed, the pavilion located next to the main villa offers two beautiful air-conditioned king suites. One bedroom has an en-suite bath with granite countertops and a stone shower floor. The second king suite is fit for royalty with a host of incredible amenities. Both the suites have their own private decks with extraordinary ocean vistas and walk-in closets.

You can take the staircase down to the beach for excellent snorkeling or enjoy lunch/dinner at Blue Moon Restaurant at Secret Harbour. You can also drive a few minutes to varied East End restaurants, bars, shopping and more blissful beaches.

Avalon

Take in the beauty of Turtle Cove on Providenciales from Avalon. Laid out around a resort-worthy infinity pool, the four-bedroom villa has stunning ocean views, luxurious amenities, and comfortable living spaces that are open to the sea breezes. Come with family or friends to enjoy gracious, hotel-style accommodations in a private setting.

The centerpiece of the house is a large infinity-edge swimming pool, complete with swim-up bar. It’s surrounded by a travertine pool deck, equipped with plenty of chaise longues and spots for outdoor dining. At one end is a gazebo with an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, fridge and bar, plus speakers that connect to the home’s sound system. Inside, there’s a home theatre with cable and DVD library, plus air conditioning to ensure your comfort.

Many of Avalon’s living spaces have walls of pocket doors that can be opened to turn the rooms into outdoor areas. In keeping with the breezy atmosphere, the decor is airy and light, featuring white walls, high ceilings, and wicker furniture, with blue accent cushions bringing the color of the sea inside. The open-air dining room has views of both the ocean and Turtle Cove Marina, making for lively meals. The indoor kitchen is equally bright and open, with white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a spacious granite-topped central island.

Each of the property’s four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a TV. There are three bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two queen beds. The master bedroom, which has a king bed, is located in its own private tower and opens to the pool terrace on one side and a private outdoor shower for two on the other.

Avalon has a very convenient location on the island of Providenciales. From the villa, it’s less than a minute on foot to the nearest beach on famed Grace Bay. By car, it’s a 3-minute drive to the closest restaurants, a 5-minute drive to the grocery store and a short trip to the international airport.
