Situated practically on the sand, the villa opens to covered outdoor living and dining areas, complete with a grill. Just beyond, you’ll find chaise longues and umbrellas on the sunny deck surrounding the infinity pool. Step off the deck and you’re on the beach, where more chaise longues and umbrellas await you. Back inside, set the mood with the sound system or browse via Wi-Fi access.

Like the other villas on Parrot Cay, the beach house features a clapboard exterior and breezy interiors. The open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, sliding glass walls with water views and fresh white tongue-and-groove paneling. Wood-framed sofas and dining chairs with white upholstery round out the beachy yet sophisticated vibe.

The villa’s two bedrooms are a pair of master suites, each with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower and freestanding tub, dressing area, screened-in porch and ocean view. Four-poster beds draped with white netting create a cozy, romantic atmosphere, while wood and stone textures in the bathrooms have a spa-like feel.

From the villa, it’s just 1 mile to the main resort area of Parrot Cay. Since you’re staying on a private island, it’s a 30-minute boat ride to the town of Providenciales, a 45-minute boat ride to a church, the Grace Bay Clinic, Provo Golf Course and the airport, and a 50-minute boat ride to the Cheshire Medical Center.

The Papaye is one of our most secluded and prestigious St. Barts villas. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is a tropical paradise popular for its unspoiled white sandy beaches, private atmosphere and reputation of attracting the rich and famous from around the world.

Just steps from the door is a large, half-circle pool boasting views of the bay of Petit Cul de Sac. The deck features high-end patio furniture, with sun beds near the pool and comfy chairs under the shaded terrace. On either side of the pool are steps leading down towards another private patio overlooking the sea. Located on the edge of the property, you will have unobstructed views of the turquoise colors of the bay as well as amazing sunsets. The interior of this elegant home boasts recently refreshed wooden flooring, soaring ceilings and modern, white furnishings. The villa is part of the private gated community of Domaine du Levant and is just steps away from the beach on Petit Cul de Sac. As a resident of the villa you are allowed to access the community’s private tennis courts on the beach. Meanwhile, a 20 minute drive brings you to the restaurants and boutiques of the island’s capital, Gustavia.
