This unique villa is one of our must-visit of our St. Barts vacation rentals—it was the set of season five of the TV series, Modern Housewives of New York. Dunes is set on 2.5 acres of unspoiled tropical landscape and offers exceptional privacy. Discovered in 1493 and settled by French colonists in 1643, the island of St. Barts is a tropical paradise with unspoiled beaches that attract the rich and famous from around the world.

Flanked by the hillside and opening up to the valley and sea, you and your guests can relax in absolute privacy. The manicured gardens spread throughout the property are home to bougainvilleas, coconut trees and other tropical vegetation. The wooden terrace is perched above the gardens and offers incredible island and sea views as well as sights over the stone architecture on the grounds. There are two pools to choose from, one on the terrace as well as one below on the garden level, and you can take your pick from the many white loungers placed throughout the property to relax and enjoy the sun.

Spread over a massive 16,000 square feet and two levels, this cubist-influenced home is done in neutral colors with grey-toned walls, lacquered white oak parquet floors and contrasting brown furniture. The large living room opens up to the terrace and features bay views from the many sleek, white sofas. Also on this level, you’ll find the dining room, open to the exterior gardens, with a large table with seating for up to 20 guests.

The property’s six bedrooms scattered between the main home and guest houses can accommodate up to 12 guests. The main level features one master bedroom with three more rooms on the upper level with garden or ocean views. The remaining two bedrooms are located in separate bungalows down from the home, one of which also features a living room and fully equipped kitchen.

You’ll be within walking distance to the beach and just 10 minutes away from the bustling town of Gustavia where you can enjoy diverse restaurants, upscale boutiques and some of the Caribbean’s best spas.

Le Reve

There are so many fantastic amenities on this beachfront property in Baie Rouge that you’ll feel as if you’re on your own private resort. It’s easily one of our grandest St. Martin villa rentals. St. Martin is known for its vibrant nightlife, stunning beaches and secluded atmosphere.

Sitting on a private beach this home is on the edge of the sea, and you can choose to bask in the sun on the sand or on one of loungers surrounding the large heated infinity-edge pool, that flows from a shallow end down into a 10-foot deep end. There’s also a heated jacuzzi for soaks under the stars, and those who crave exercise can get their fill on the private tennis court or in the fully equipped gym. Afterwards, unwind in the home’s spa area, or relax with a drink in one of the two screened-in beachside gazebos. In the evening, have a movie night in the media room or challenge a loved one to a game of billiards. The rooftop terrace is an ideal spot to take in sunsets.

The living room is spacious and comfortable thanks to air conditioning, a fully equipped interior wet bar and comfy sofas and chairs. The overall design throughout the home is modern and opulent. The custom-designed kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances but you won’t need to worry about cooking—included in your stay are the services of a chef, as well as a maid and security guard. Enjoy meals indoors in the formal dining room or in the outdoor one that includes seating for 24.

Up to 16 guests are welcome to stay in Le Reve’s eight premium bedrooms—all feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TVs. Most have king size beds, with the remaining suite including a queen.

You can’t get much closer to the beach than at this villa, you’re literally only steps away from swimming in the waves. Meanwhile, if you can peel yourself away from the property, the capital city, Marigot, is just a 10-minute drive. Here you’ll find luxury boutiques, sidewalk bistros and gingerbread houses.

Turtle House

The modestly named Turtle House boasts a property that’s anything but. Set on a private cove on the south side of the island far from wandering tourists, Turtle House is an estate in the truest sense of the word, an oasis of calm and represents the best the Turks & Caicos has to offer.

A mix of Asian design, modern elegance, and Caribbean color. Custom millwork throughout, from exquisite ceiling details to wildly imaginative curved wood walls are some of the villa’s most noteworthy features, visually unifying an expansive and rambling property. Spanning the length of the house and weaving between the living structures, the pool links the massive property from the wonderfully open day room to the outdoor dining pavilion to the home office, which in a single step can land you in a plunge pool if you’re so inclined. Additional features include a 13-person professionally designed theatre, a games room replete with a custom designed pool table, air hockey, foosball and ping-pong table, as well as darts board which will keep even the most restless family member busy. If staying fit is essential while on holiday a comprehensive gym featuring a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, weight machines, free weights, yoga mats and even a heavy bag and ballet bar will accommodate virtually any exercise you can imagine. If all else fails to capture your attention, a full tennis court with lighting for cool evening play is set just east of the main house.

Castel Rock

The island of St. Barts, with its perpetual sunshine, offers some of the top restaurants in the Caribbean as well as some of the best boutique shopping and white sandy beaches.

What makes this villa unique is that it boasts a private beach with a gazebo and barbecue. It also has access to the community’s exclusive, private tennis courts, and you can keep up your fitness routine in the indoor gym overlooking the beach and the sea. On hot days, go for a dip in the infinity-edge pool, while at night you can soak in the jacuzzi tub under the stars. There are lots of staff on site to ensure things run smoothly, from daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) to a laundry service and a chef.

This spacious estate is made up of several bungalows, and each boast a contemporary interior with red exotic wood finishes, modern furnishings, and vaulted ceilings. It’s elegant and simple.
