A fully-equipped modern kitchen will inspire you to create memorable feasts, and guests can assemble around the breakfast bar to socialize and watch you work. Cayman Villa

Welcome to Cayman Villa, a luxurious vacation home situated high on Sea Breeze Hills in Cap Estate. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes and an 18 hole championship golf course, three hotels and restaurants and two beaches. Cayman Villa overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is perfectly situated to enjoy the mind-blowing views of Martinique (on a clear day) and the lovely Atlantic breeze.

Just off the central living room is a media room with a 52 inch plasma TV, DVD player, iPod dock and sound system. The sitting room opens out through glass doors onto a walkway with steps leading down to the large patio and pool area. Cayman Villa rests in beautifully landscaped gardens and has its own swimming pool. There’s also a media room and home theater system for entertainment at any time during your vacation in St. Lucia.

The entrance to the house leads into an open area which follows through to a well-equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table for eight and a living room. The open space is made complete with a bar, stocked with a beer and wine cooler, ice maker and an array of glassware. A cook service is included, so you need not spend much time preparing meals.

The main house comprises three well established bedrooms with a fully self-contained cottage, adjacent to the house, which acts as the fourth bedroom. The spacious master bedroom suite has a four poster king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. There are two more bedrooms – bedroom two has a king size bed and en-suite shower room and bedroom three has a king size four poster bed as well as en-suite facilities. The cozy cottage has a king size bed and an en-suite bath and shower room. The cottage is ideal as guest/in-laws quarters. It is located to the left of the main house and is separated by a foot path which allows for privacy if needed. The cottage has an open plan living and kitchen area, complete with microwave, electric cooker and fridge. It also has a charming patio area which looks out to the Atlantic Ocean.

When you decide to leave the villa to discover more of the local area, you’ll find the nearby town with restaurant, shopping and a grocery store caters for your needs.

Mer Soleil

Elegant Villa Mer Soleil was painstakingly designed and built using materials and features frequently employed in traditional island architecture, but the results are anything but typical. Smooth tiles makeup the main terrace where you’ll spend sun soaked days achieving bliss. Le Gallerie

Perched in the hills above Anse Chastanet beach, Le Gallerie represents the best of traditional island design, including a newly added wing, expanding the home’s capacity to six bedrooms. You’ll experience unrivalled views across Soufriere Bay to the famous Pitons, a World Heritage site, and on clear days the neighboring island of St. Vincent.

A 35 foot infinity pool anchors the main terrace, tempting you with edges that blend into the horizon. Head for the far side of the terrace underneath a long pergola, where tropical flowers peek down through white beams. There you’ll encounter cozy chaise longues: take your pick and spend the afternoon sunbathing. You’ll also find a picturesque gazebo with al fresco dining table. A colorful tropical garden reveals a path, taking you down to a private snorkeling beach.

The home’s main room houses an attractive living area decorated with plush sofas and capped off with a high vaulted ceiling and wicker hanging lamps. This opens onto a covered balcony where you’ll find another lounge set, ideal for sipping cocktails with your guests as the friendly St. Lucia sun sets beyond. Two spacious bedrooms are found in the new section of Le Gallerie. They both have King size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. They also have en-suite bathrooms and open onto an elevated patio with sea view. Joining one of these bedrooms is a final room with two single beds, ideal for children.

Anse Chastanet beach is a great place to sunbathe or explore the protected marine park with snorkeling gear. It also has excellent diving facilities. Soufriere is close to St. Lucia’s natural wonders: Pitons, Sulphur Springs, botanical gardens and hidden waterfalls. You’ll find shops and restaurants in town, but for serious shoppers, a day trip to Rodney Bay is recommended.

C’est La Vie

C’est La Vie is its own little oasis on the Trouya Pointe peninsula, where privacy, peace and tranquility are only interrupted by bird songs and crashing of waves. Start each day on the upper veranda where a lounge set and breakfast table give you a perfect vantage points for your eyes to wander from ornate curved eaves to carved hardwood railings to the endless green landscape. Saunter down to the swimming pool and dip your head under the waterfall. Dry off on a chaise longue before retiring to the nearby daybed. Refresh yourself under the outdoor shower then join your guests at the Banana Bar or fire up the barbecue.

There are several living rooms where you can all gather. Each one boasts soft sofas adorned with designer fabrics and surrounded by elegant antique wooden furniture, accessories and attractive louver windows. Enjoy meals in the dining area or one of several al fresco tables. A professional chef can also be retained to create gourmet feasts.

C’est La Vie contains five of St. Lucia’s most exquisitely designed bedrooms, each named after a local tree and clad with designer fabrics, soft linens and exotic, tasteful furnishings. Three bedrooms are in the main home, all with a private veranda, en-suite bathrooms, including walk-in shower and air conditioning. A fourth room is found in the separate cottage also with en-suite bathroom, private veranda and a study. The final room is in a comfortably furnished apartment at pool level. Its en-suite houses a handmade soak tub.

When you’re ready to explore, a private path leads you to a cove, perfect for snorkeling and numerous other beaches are found nearby. St. Lucia’s best golf course is just 20 minutes away on Cap Estate. Rodney Bay and Castries are both about a 15 minute drive and there you’ll find upscale shopping, fine dining and nightlife.
