This tropical retreat close to Lorient Beach is one of our grandest St. Barts vacation rentals, and offers stunning ocean and mountain views. The island of St. Barts, a hot spot for jetsetters, offers some of the top restaurants in the Caribbean as well as some of the best boutique shopping around.

The spacious terrace, framed by manicured tropical gardens and Royal Palm trees, is an ideal spot for entertaining day or night. Lounge on one of deck’s stylish sun beds that surround the heated infinity edge pool that appears to almost drop off into the ocean. A second, smaller pool, ideal for cocktail time, sits closer to the villa, and includes raised bench seating. You’ll find an outdoor living room under the covered portion of the terrace as well as a dining table with seating for eight, perfect for an alfresco meal. The sun deck on the sand features a mini bar and a double hammock, and will make you feel like you’re at your own private resort, as will having access to the home’s two kayaks and snorkeling equipment.

Inside, this newly built home boasts modern decor, with neutral tones, contemporary furnishings and dark hardwood flooring. A large living room with white sofas and chairs opens up to the terrace with a solid white dining table next to it. The gourmet kitchen has a wine cave, and is equipped with granite countertops and top appliances.

The villa’s five bright bedrooms can host up to 10 guests, one of which is located in the read garden mini suite and includes a private en-suite bath and dining terrace and is ideal for a nanny. The remaining four bedrooms feature a king sized bed, en-suite bath, TV and ocean views.

You’ll be within easy access to Lorient Beac—go snorkeling in the calm surf or suntan along the white sandy banks. A 10 minute drive brings you to Gustavia with its elaborate spas, boutique shopping and diverse cuisine.

This secluded, contemporary home sits on 1.5 acres of waterfront property and boasts a spacious interior, stunning views and excellent amenities, making it one of our top St. Barts villas. The island of St Barts, with its unspoiled tropical beauty, perpetual sunshine and atmosphere of luxury, is the perfect Caribbean getaway.

Take in some sun on the large multi-leveled terrace, complete with plenty of loungers at your disposal. The dramatic semi-circular infinity pool offers excellent turquoise water and island views and is a highlight of the property, as are the manicured gardens with intricate night lighting. Extra perks include a fitness room in a separate cottage, as well as a maid service, private chef and butler.

This expansive home is chic and elegant. The oversized living room opens up onto the terrace, and boasts soaring wood ceilings, a bar, plush white couches as well as a flatscreen TV with Bose surround sound. A fully equipped kitchen is available if you feel you cooking or want to indulge with the chef service. Adjacent to the living room is an intimate separate dining room.

The villa’s six bedrooms are divided equally between the main villa and junior cottage. The main villa’s master bedroom features a king-sized, four-poster bed with a spacious dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed and en-suites, while the three rooms in the cottage include queen-sized beds. All the bedrooms offer air conditioning and TVs with satellite service.

The villa is located in the exclusive community of Domaine du Levant that offers guests access to tennis courts on the popular Petite Cul de Sac beach. Gustavia, the capital of the island, is a 20 minute drive away and boasts plenty of high-end boutique shopping, exceptional spa services and top-notch restaurants.

OTO – Shiro

This spectacular villa’s name, Shiro, is a japanese term can mean both “white” and “castle”; both definitions apply here. Resting in the secluded hills overlooking Gouverneur beach, this palatial 2 level home blends the best of clean, contemporary architecture with Eastern influenced design and decor.

Walk down the steps to the large teak terrace where you’ll find an infinity pool whose edge seems to drop right off a cliff into the ocean below. Lounge in one of the cushioned deck chairs or walk down a few more steps to the inviting plush sofas of the outdoor living area. You’ll never be far from the inspiring view of Gouverneur beach and the turquoise waters beyond.

On the villa’s lower floor you’ll experience unrivaled comfort in one of the two lounge areas, each fitted with flatscreen TV’s and luxuriously soft sofas. Another living area is found upstairs by the open-concept kitchen and dining area. Retractable glass doors surround both floors, allowing a fresh tropical breeze to pass freely. Sleek wooden cabinets frame an ultra-modern kitchen where you can prepare a feast on polished surfaces or enjoy a drink at the bar.

Up to 6 guests can stay in Shiro’s 3 bedrooms. They all have a King size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi and entertainment system. The master bedroom features an outdoor shower. The third bedroom is located in a private cottage separated from the main house by a Japanese-style courtyard. It has a private terrace, dressing area and mini-fridge.

Walk down the winding access road to Gouverneur beach, one of St. Barts most peaceful stretches of sand. If retail therapy is required, it’s just a 5 minute drive to Gustavia and not much further to St. Jean. Both towns are ideal places for a traditional French fine dining experience or to challenge your taste buds with the local Creole cuisine. St. Jean is also home to the islands most iconic beaches.

Set in the hills overlooking one of St. Barts most secluded beaches, Divine Vista lives up to its name. Survey the sand below at Gouverneur beach or gaze across the emerald horizon towards spectacular views of neighboring St. Kitts and Nevis. This villa is one of the largest 2 bedrooms in the quartier and its location gives you loads of options for adventure.

Take in the view from the large swimming pool which runs the width of the long terrace and seems to push out over the edge towards the ocean. You’ll find plenty of cushioned deck chairs to soak up the island sun and when it’s time to cool off, a covered living and dining area is only steps away. Grill freshly caught seafood on the outdoor barbecue, then savor the results al fresco.

The main room of the home features retractable doors to the terrace and houses the living, kitchen and dining areas in an open-concept layout. Earthtones and tasteful Eastern decor create a zen ambiance. Prepare a feast in the chef appointed kitchen and serve it around the beautiful wooden dining room table that seats up to 8. Sink into one of the plush sofas and spend your evening watching a movie on the flatscreen TV.

Up to 4 people will sleep comfortably in the 2 bedrooms. Both rooms feature King size 4-poster beds with Southeast Asian style carvings. They also have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV and access to the terrace. The Master bedroom contains both an indoor and outdoor shower.

When you’re ready to explore, make your first stop Gouverneur beach which you can reach on foot or by car in minutes. Downtown Gustavia is a 5 minute drive where you’ll enjoy shopping, French fine dining, Creole cuisine or a bit of nightlife. Historic St. Jean is only 10 minutes by car and there you’ll find some of the island’s most iconic beaches, suitable for sunbathers and watersports enthusiasts alike.

The Casa del Mar, one of our must-see St. Barts villas, is a stunning six-bedroom home set on 1.4 acres of oceanfront property. The island of St Barts is the perfect getaway for an intimate vacation in the Caribbean, with an abundance of beautiful beaches and boutique shopping.

Enjoy full privacy while relaxing on lounge chaises in the villa’s courtyard, this space boasts manicured gardens and a sun deck surrounding a large pool. In the evening, the yard features dramatic lighting making it a perfect spot for entertaining. A second pool features a cascading natural waterfall as well as outstanding panoramic sea views over a hardwood terrace. At night, go for a soak in the stone Jacuzzi located at the tip of the property looking out over the waters. For the movie buff, the home also includes a theatre room with a projection screen.

Located in the gated estate of Domaine du Levant, you and your guests will have private access to the Petit Cul de Sac beach. A 20 minute drive brings you to the capital town, Gustavia, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, fine dining restaurants and luxurious spa treatments.

If you’re in search for a full-service beach vacation that promises perhaps one of the world’s best beaches and top-tier service, you’ve found your match at Serendip Cove. It’s a miniature community equipped for a big group, whether this be your extended family, group of friends, or mixture of both. If you’re traveling with a slightly smaller group but you want to experience the splendor of Serendip Cove, the Pool Cottages or Main House can be rented separately as well.

The amenities and services during a stay at Serendip Cove are endless. Outside, a pool with a slide (which the kids will love), waterfall cave, heated jacuzzi (for the parents), and two al fresco showers make for a swimmer’s dream. Snorkeling equipment and your own private dock to launch from give all the necessities to take on the transparent calm water surrounding your private beach. After a lazy day in the sun, take an afternoon nap in the swaying hammock covered by trees, while your butler delivers the snack and drink you wished for, made of course, by your private chef.

The property is comprised of the Main House, which features six breathtaking, spacious bedrooms. In the Master Suite, guests have their own mini-apartment: a sitting room, fully equipped office and en-suite provide all the necessities to keep up in touch with the office or take a quiet afternoon nap. The Yellow Room, Beige Room and Green Room all boast a queen size bed (one with a majestic canopy and two with a fireplace), and an en-suite bathroom. The Courtyard room has another king size bed and its own bathroom as well.

Along the pool and beach are the charming Pool Cottages. With seven in total, four of the cottages have a queen size bed, while the Ocean Room is outfitted with a king size bed. The Children’s Room and Orange Room are equipped with two twin-size beds—ideal for younger guests sharing. Every room in the house, whether a pool cottage or in the Main House, is equipped with air conditioning and a breezy ceiling fan to ensure comfortable temperatures in the hot Bahamian climate.

In a slice of paradise that boasts all of the modern amenities you could hope for, as well as top-notch service and beauty of nature you could only dream of, it’s unlikely you’ll be leaving the pool or beach. Bay Street town is just a 25-minute drive away, where you’ll discover colorful and charming shops and a picturesque harbor. The airport is a swift 10-minute drive away, promising easy access both to and from Serendip Cove.
