This 8-bedroom residence style villa successfully harmonizes traditional Caribbeanesque style with subtle touches from the Far East. Only the finest materials accent almost every inch of this 14,000 square foot haven including exquisite marble floors and balustrades, exotic hardwood ceilings and immaculate granite countertops.

The sunken living room exudes the richness of elegant island living, while the kitchen offers contemporary comforts such as GE Monogram appliances.

On the main floor, the massive Grand Villa Suite houses a walk-in dressing room, lounge area with Balinese daybed, double showers and a unique infinity-edge marble bathtub. On this level, there is also a guest room with twin beds and a Queen en-suite. All 3 main-level rooms have direct access onto the expansive terrace which leads to the infinity pool with hot tub.

The ground floor offers a voluminous 2-bedroom pool suite, which also houses the entertainment/media room with wet bar and kitchenette. Le Bleu

Le Bleu is a 10 bedroom villa with 10 en-suite bathrooms, located within approximately 2.5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens. With a fabulous open style living space in a superbly private location, the villa boasts two swimming pools as well as a small natural beach, beach pavilion, tennis court, gym, personal cinema and beautiful water garden.

Le Bleu is unique in both location and design. Spacious and modern, the experience of staying here provides one of fresh air, blue skies and myriad colors of sea.

Le Bleu’s accommodation and facilities are situated in 2 areas: Le Bleu and Petite le Bleu. These areas are linked by attractive landscaped pathways which traverse the properties. The spectacular communal living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level of Le Bleu, which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the master staircase.

By combining the neighbouring property, Indigo, clients also have the opportunity to have their own personal 19-bedroom luxury resort. Le Bleu and Indigo are separate and private from each other, however discreet, secure doorways in the adjoining gardens allow for an easy flow of guests between the properties should one party rent both villas. The staff at both villas are experienced in seamlessly working across both properties, creating a wonderfully intimate yet incredibly spacious and comfortable experience for guests. Necker Island Exclusive

Escape to a truly private piece of paradise on Necker Island.

Surrounded by turquoise waters and white-sand beaches, the island’s 74 acres offer a gorgeous setting and plenty of space to unwind and rejuvenate. Leave the cooking to the staff and relax by the pool or play in the ocean. The island’s fifteen bedrooms can accommodate up to thirty guests and can be rented exclusively or by room during certain weeks of the year.

Your stay on Necker Island includes access to the beautiful beaches, stunning pools, water sports equipment and gourmet meals. There’s a large central pool pavilion with a swim-up bar and Jacuzzi and three more pools dotted around the grounds. A beach pavilion includes not just lounge chairs on white sand, but games tables, a large TV and two floodlit tennis courts. On the water, try out windsurfing, kite sailing, snorkeling, waterskiing, kayaking and more. In the evenings, gather around the bar, snooker table or piano, or catch up on one of the guest computers with Internet access.

Stand Out Features

Necker Island combines the classic Caribbean pairing of white sand and turquoise water with Balinese-inspired architecture to create its own breezy yet luxurious style. With its high, pitched roof, sliding glass walls and carved sofas, the central sitting area in the Great House is both exotic and comfortable. A pavilion with a thatched roof and rustic table is a casual dining spot, while dark wood paneling and globe chandeliers give a second dining room a more formal flair. The Great House does have a state-of-the-art kitchen, but you can leave the cooking to the island’s chefs during your stay.

The island’s fifteen bedrooms are spread out between the Great House and six Balinese-style houses. The eight guest suites in the Great House have king beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and balconies, and a master suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi and outdoor bath. The Great House also has a bunk room that can sleep up to six children. The six Bali houses can each accommodate a couple and have private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning; three are grouped by the beach and three on the island’s interior.

During your stay, Necker Island staff is on hand to help you discover a new water sport, coach you on your tennis game, source a favorite dish or mix a favorite cocktail, set up children’s activities, arrange a spa treatment (at extra cost), or add an extra touch to make a special occasion even more memorable. Though Necker is set apart from the neighboring British Virgin Islands, once you arrive, golf carts are available to help you explore the island.

Le Chateau des Palmiers

Unwind at this opulent mansion that sits ocean-side along Plum Bay. Offering a sense of seclusion and direct beach access, this is one of our grandest St. Martin villa rentals. The island’s white sandy beaches, eclectic nightlife and temperate climate make it an ideal Caribbean getaway.

This villa offers a plethora of amenities. Starting with the ample-sized, heated swimming pool that lights up at night that’s surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs where you can sit with a drink and admire views of the sea and swaying palm trees. Take in more ocean views from the beach gazebo, or simply head into the waves. There is also a fitness center, tennis court and billiards table; while inside you can find entertainment in the game room or the media area.

Throughout the interior, this home features ornate decor and high-end finishes. The formal living room boasts stately, gold-trimmed, furniture, a fireplace and lavish home accents. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, but you won’t need to worry about cooking, let the on-site chef take care of things—also included in your stay are security and daily maid services (except Sundays). Enjoy your meal outdoors facing the sea, or in the interior dining room under a chandelier.

There are nine bedrooms total on this property, allowing for up to 20 guests to stay here. Five rooms found in the main house with another four located in a separate gardenside villa that boasts its own shared living room and dining area. In the main villa, the two-storey master suite features a jacuzzi tub and two private balconies. All bedrooms have TVs, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, most offer king size beds, though two include queens.

It’s only five miles to the upscale shops and bistros in Marigot, the island’s capital city. Meanwhile, avid golfers are just 15 minutes from the nearest course, and the closest grocery store is just five minutes away.

This magnificent estate holds court within an oasis of stately palm trees, boasting probably what is the largest private pool on all of Saint John. You will be embraced by the aquamarine pool and the cabana while bordered by a faux white sand beach set with chaise loungers and a fire pit brazier. The pool also features a swim-up bar with underwater stools at the cabana, a wonderful poolside entertainment pavilion with large screen cable TV and DVD player as well as a wet bar with icemaker. The shaded poolside terrace includes plush upholstered seating and a large round table under a covered pergola for alfresco dining. The pass-through from the kitchen is incorporated into an adjoining counter lined with bar stools. This outdoor living area has two gas grills, a ping pong table and a wonderful deck.

You will surely enjoy reclining in the beautifully decorated great room. Adjoining the great room is the large gourmet kitchen. Every handsome detail has been custom made— mahogany cabinetry, lovely tile designs, cypress ceilings, designer island decor, artisan lighting and botanical art prints.

Nine magnificent bedrooms accommodate up to maximum of eighteen adults at A La Mer. Two of the bedroom suites have a connecting door between them, perfect for parents who wish to be near their children. A La Mer’s Cottage, with two additional air conditioned bedrooms, is off to the side of the Main Villa.
