Only 10 minutes from the airport, you’ll find this spacious two-bedroom home (named “Honeymoon” in French) sitting on the hills of Terres Basses. Boasting views of the sea and a large swimming pool it’s one of our top St. Martin villas for a romantic getaway. St. Martin’s atmosphere is a winning blend of Caribbean hospitality and European sophistication.

Unwind on one of the sun beds and lounge chairs spread throughout the back patio with a cool drink in hand—the space is framed by tropical greenery for privacy, and if you grow warm, go for a dip in the ample-sized pool. You’ll find the covered gazebo a cushy place to lounge on one of the cushioned chairs or sofa, while meals can also be enjoyed outdoors in the alfresco dining area. As an added bonus, a housekeeping service is included in your stay.

Step into the living room from the terrace and you’ll find plush sofas in rich earthy tones, a ceiling fan and tiled flooring. The bright, well-equipped kitchen also opens up to the terrace and offers lots of counter space as well as a breakfast bar and modern appliances that range from a dishwasher to a microwave. It also includes extras like a wine cooler, ice machine and a blender for fresh fruit smoothies.

Villa Amalfi

Everything you need to enjoy the famed Turks and Caicos sun and sand is at your fingertips at Villa Amalfi, from chaise longues perfect for sunbathing to kayaks and paddleboards. Take a swim in the bay or your own heated pool, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy local seafood from the barbecue at the beachfront dining area. In the evening, set the mood with the Bluetooth speaker, iPad and Wi-Fi and enjoy a nightcap at the lounge area on the terrace.

The villa’s sleek interiors let the beach views take center stage while creating a comfortable, luxe atmosphere. The great room, which opens to the terrace via wall-to-wall glass sliding doors, gets a bit of glamour from a marble-clad feature wall and floors. The Retreat

On the unspoiled east end of Saint John’s, perched just 110 feet above the live coral reefs, white sands and soothing surf of Dreekets Bay, sits the tropical residence The Retreat. The grounds at this bijou villa feature papaya, passion fruit, banana, lemon and lime trees for you to pick and enjoy seasonally. Among its charms, outside one bedroom pavilion is a wooden staircase that leads to a trail zigzagging all the way down to Haulover Bay.

The landscaped courtyard at The Retreat includes a pergola, lap pool, hot tub and a terrace welcoming guests into an aura of tranquil serenity swept by cooling trade winds. Its three pavilions, washed with cool green hues, are situated to overlook the sparkling panorama of Sir Francis Drake Channel with the verdant island of Tortola beyond. A hammock awaits the sway of quieter moments. The villa also features a barbeque grill. The indoors are loaded with entertainment options including electronic screening, satellite TV, a movie collection, books, games and a PlayStation 2. Wi-Fi access is complimentary.

This lovely hideaway is finished with rich slate tiles, handcrafted mahogany cabinetry and accent pieces from Guatemala, Indonesia, Burma and Thailand. High ceilings provide an airy atmosphere to the nearly alfresco interior open plan dining, living and kitchen areas. Cooking in the kitchen offers the illusion of floating on the sea.

Villa Luna

This three-level villa is part of the gated community of Shore Pointe and offers some of the best rooftop views of all our St. Martin vacation rentals. Known for its eclectic nightlife, sugar white beaches and agreeable climate, it’s easy to see why the island of St. Martin is a top tropical destination.

Enjoy panoramic sea views from the villa’s rooftop terrace while relaxing on one of the plush chaises loungers offered around the patio. The swimming pool is located on the edge of the terrace and is a perfect spot to cool down if you grow warm. Exercise buffs can keep up their workout routines here—the home is equipped with a brand new, fully air-conditioned, fitness room with treadmill, exercise bike and free weights.

The villa’s interior is bright, with a neutral color palette and beautifully finished with a combination of white and beige furnishings along with wood accents. The main living space, located on the middle floor, features an open-concept design with plush sofas facing a flatscreen TV. This space then flows into the nearby dining room with a table with seating for six and the large, fully equipped, kitchen. Sliding doors, just off the kitchen, lead to a patio with a seating area, perfect for watching sunsets.

Great Turtle Villa

Located on the island paradise of Saint John, Great Turtle Villa commands sweeping views of Coral Bay, the Caribbean Sea and the emerald green hills of Bordeaux Mountain. This alluring villa features four bedrooms situated within two, two storey pavilions bisected by the pristine swimming pool. The island of Saint John offers lush hillsides, immaculate white sand beaches and a variety of water sports. There’s definitely something for everyone in this “Beverley Hills” of the Caribbean.

On the other side of the gardens and pool is Great Turtle Villa’s other poolside wing, which has a large covered deck for shady relaxation. A lazy hammock hangs right outside on the verandah, and a convenient home office with high-speed Wi-Fi access is located between the Blue and Pink Suites. Home entertainment options include an iPod dock, movie and music collections, as well as books and games. Feel free to ask about the pre-stocking and personal chef options for ultimate relaxation.

The elegant living and dining areas are on Great Turtle Villa’s main level in the west pavilion, along with the fully-equipped kitchen, laundry closet and a powder room. Screened mahogany French doors open out from the kitchen and living areas to a scenic verandah set with comfortable furniture. This verandah connects to the main level’s second pavilion—separated for excellent privacy by a large palm tree—and to the Yellow Suite.

Villa at Panorama is an intimate 2 bedroom home where you can discover the best of St. Lucia without ever leaving the property. Nestled high in the hills of the exclusive Cap Estate at the northernmost tip of the island, you’ll find peace and tranquility while surrounded by lush tropical foliage and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and countryside.

Gorgeous dark, hardwood decks and latticework rails surround the villa. Start each morning by sipping an espresso on the rattan sofas of the outdoor lounge set. When the sun begins to reach its potential, step down onto the pool terrace and choose the chaise longue that looks most tempting. A plunge in the pool will cool you off and reinvigorate you for the afternoon. The al fresco dining area is the perfect place to take the spectacular sunsets visible from Villa at Panorama – a champagne cocktail would only make the experience more magical.

Inside, whitewashed walls, wooden doors and furnishings, and colorful accents from a tropical spectrum give the home an authentic island feel. Air flows freely through the retractable wall found off the living room, where you can relax in imported English furniture and watch a movie on the flatscreen.
