This apartment is located in the block Savan that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines. This is a ground floor apartment, with 4 bedrooms.

Your large beach patio with retractable sun awnings, steps off into a private pool surrounded by your lawn and lush vegetation giving you both privacy and security. Your short private beach pathway has a private shower to rinse off on the way back from a swim in the sea. This pathway takes you directly to the middle of the fantastic south beach.
Your patio has a BBQ module with bar, and fridge, to ensure cold drinks on hot days by the pool.
Incredible views of the sea and sunsets are seen daily. The kitchen is on the beach side of the home and has a window handing out to the patio for ease and simplicity.
You have a master bedroom on the beach side of the home with a large ensuite marble bathrooms, with tub, shower and double vanity.
A spacious living room hands out on to the beach terrace with a wide arch and sliding doors to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although provided.

Surrounded by sapphire ocean views on either side, with easy access to the beach, these apartments are a beach lovers delight. These homes are found on any of the three floors but are laid out on one easy level, with elevator access to the upper storeys. The magic of these homes is having patios on both sides enabling you to sit out and watch the sun set over the tranquil Caribbean sea on an evening, or to watch the boats going by in the marina where your boat is quietly berthed behind your home. These homes are available with three, four or five bedrooms.
The seaside terraces enjoy the beach and sea views treasured in the day while the windward terrace shows off the lagoon and yachts, best in the evenings with the lights dimly shimmering on the water. Spacious living and dining rooms link the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors onto each terrace to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although available.

Your roof deck covers the apartment from one side to the other giving you both views. This is accessed from a staircase leading from the patio that overlooks the beach.
The view from your lagoon side patio is stunning. Being on the south side of the building, you look towards the Sunset Isle with its pool and bar and across the water to the island, and yachts berthed at homes on the east and south side of the lagoon. The top floor has higher ceilings and offers the ultimate view.
Your beachside patio looks straight out to the sea. It is truly breathtaking, and where you would tend to spend many evenings sipping on a rum punch watching the sun set before meeting for dinner. This patio is quite large and a nice area for the family to spend time and be together.

The large living room and indoor dining area extend out to a massive patio and outdoor dining area where one can enjoy the sunsets and entertain.
There is a direct staircase leading on to the beach.
