This villa perfects inside outside living with the main space open on both sides to a caressing southerly breeze. The infinity pool spills over the St Jean hillside with spectacular views of the endless blue Caribbean. Surrounded by sapphire ocean views on either side, with direct easy access to the beach, this apartment is a beach lovers delight. This home is on the middle floor and is laid out on one easy level, with elevator access. The magic of these homes is having patios on both sides enabling you to sit out and watch the sun set over the tranquil Caribbean sea on an evening, or to watch the boats going by in the marina where your boat is quietly berthed behind your home. This home has 4 bedrooms but one is kept as an owners lock up. The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are available.

You have two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home both with ensuite marble bathrooms, each with tub, shower and double vanity. A staircase off the master bedroom patio allows you to quickly nip down and join the pathway to the beach for easier access.

Spacious living and dining rooms link the terraces with wide arches and sliding doors onto each terrace to really give a feeling of open island living where air conditioning is rarely needed although provided.

Your third ensuite bedroom is on the lagoon side. The large patio invites you to spend most of your time there, watching the boats go by, or reading a book. This patio also connects on to the main lagoon side patio.

This apartment is located in the block Savan that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines. This is a middle floor apartment, with 3 bedrooms. There are two patios, one on either side of the apartment. Your lagoon side patio faces east and so enjoys the breeze as well as morning sun and afternoon shade surrounded by lavish landscaping. The view from your lagoon side patio is just plain beautiful. Being on the south side of the building, you look towards the Sunset Isle with its pool and bar and across the water to the island, and yachts berthed at homes on the east and south side of the lagoon. Just being one floor higher gives you a stunning view. Your beachside patio looks straight out to the sea. It is truly breathtaking, and where you would tend to spend many evenings sipping on a rum punch watching the sun set before meeting for dinner.

This apartment is located in the block Mopion that is named after a tiny deserted island in the Grenadines. This is a ground floor apartment, with 3 bedrooms. There are two patios, one on either side of the apartment. Your lagoon side patio faces east and so enjoys the breeze as well as morning sun and afternoon shade surrounded by lavish landscaping.
Your large beach patio with retractable sun awnings, steps off into a private pool surrounded by your lawn and lush vegetation giving you both privacy and security. Your short private beach pathway has a private shower to rinse off on the way back from a swim in the sea. This pathway takes you directly to the middle of the fantastic south beach and links up with the pathway from apartment 174 just before you reach the beach gate.
Your patio has a BBQ module close to the kitchen. An ideal place for dining at any time of the day, where the entire family can meet and have fun. This adds to the island lifestyle enjoyed at Port St. Charles. Incredible views of the sea and sunsets are seen daily.
