Run as a small luxury hotel, Mount Edgecombe Plantation is surrounded by 28 acres of tropical grounds, with verdant and colourful flora, fruit trees, spices and vegetables in abundance.

This historic & authentic working plantation dates back to the 1700’s, originally growing sugar cane; later becoming a spice, cocoa and coffee plantation.
Stunning Elevated West Coast Location
With a sheltered and elevated location on the West Coast of Grenada, this very rare and historic plantation enjoys cool sea breezes, amazing sunsets, views over the lush tropical grounds, Grenadian coastline and the wonderful Caribbean Sea. The jaw dropping double infinity pools and sun deck, just has to be seen to be believed.
The Plantation House
Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms; a self-contained and historic example of a traditional estate owner’s house of that time. Completely and beautifully restored, it compromises an entrance hall, drawing room, snooker room, study, kitchen/dining for 10, master en suite with dressing room, together with an additional 3 guest bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The most stunning feature of the Plantation House is the extensive, wrap around, covered living/dining verandah offering 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea, just 100 metres (109 yards) away with the tropical gardens in the foreground.
The Plantation House sleeps 8 but there are 4 additional Nutmeg Rooms providing accommodations for a further 8 guests. The Mount Edgecombe Plantation provides very personal service for up to 16 guests.
The Nutmeg Rooms
The four nutmeg rooms are Barefoot Luxury in style, and unique, each containing 1 queen bed and bathroom. Just the sounds of the birds and the tree frogs and sea breeze. Two have four poster beds and all four have extensive sea view balconies.
Overlooking the river valley to one side and also sea views from the north porch, to yachts making their way to and from the neighbouring Grenadines. The original plantation spice storage house with nutmeg and cocoa drying racks (which are still in operation).
The Great Room
Adjoins the stunning double infinity swimming pools and provides the perfect dining space for meals, complete with the ‘Little Bamboo Bar’. This is where you can relax after exploring Grenada or just relaxing here at the Mount Edgecombe Plantation. The views and sunsets need to be experienced.
