The villa is the quintessence of laid-back island style, filled with wicker furnishings, warm-toned wood, terra-cotta-tiled floors and pastel-color fabrics. Indoors and outdoors merge seamlessly in the comfortable living area, parts of which can be closed off and parts of which are fully free to the cooling ocean breeze. Beyond the living areas are a petite swimming pool, a deck with sunny and shaded areas, and a lawn with more sunbeds and an inviting hammock.

A galley kitchen stretches along one wall inside. The outdoor dining area is shaded and has a table that seats eight, along with those tremendous evening views. And although the sound system of top-of-the-line, you may not want to use it. The bay is so close below that the sound of waves breaking against the rocks provides a constant soothing sound track.

Located on opposite sides of the shared living areas, the two master bedrooms are the picture of Caribbean simplicity. Crisp white linens dress their elegant four-poster beds, carved of dark wood in beautiful colonial style. Both have large windowed doors that can be opened directly onto the terrace. You can close them and sleep in air-conditioned comfort, or you can leave them open and turn on the ceiling fan and fall asleep to the feel of the breeze and sound of the waves, and awaken to the gradual lightening of the morning sky.

One of our must-see St. Barts villas, the Nahma has been meticulously built and decorated to create the perfect tropical getaway. From the manicured gardens outside to the exotic wood flooring and walls of the interior, it is sure to create an experience you won’t soon forget. St. Barts is known as for being a Caribbean paradise—and attracting the rich and famous from around the world.

The villa’s wooden outdoor terrace has been beautifully decorated with wild orchids and other exotic plants set against panoramic sea views. Take time to enjoy the warm air while lounging in the deck’s comfy chairs and patio sofas. If you’re warm, take a dip in the pool built into the terrace; it perfectly reflects the tropical vegetation and the skies above, giving it a lagoon feel. Meanwhile, you’ll also find an alfresco dining area with seating for up to six.

This home features a serene, Zen-like ambiance thanks to exotic wood floors, walls and ceilings and lovingly chosen furnishings and accents. The main living space offers plenty of separate seating areas and unique art pieces. The spacious kitchen (and the only spot in the home with white walls) features all the necessary gadgets to create a home-cooked meal. Afterwards, enjoy some downtime in the library and entertainment pavilion that features a sectional couch and flatscreen TV.

A maximum of eight guests can comfortably stay in this villa’s four bedrooms, all of which have been lovingly furnished and decorated. Each suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, mosquito nets and air conditioning. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ocean views and access to the terrace. Two other rooms each have garden views, while the final suite has its own private terrace.

With 14 white sandy beaches on the island, there’s plenty of opportunities for water activities and, of course, relaxing in the sun. Shopping enthusiasts will appreciate the island’s boutique shops, most located in the town of Gustavia just 20 minutes away from the villa.

This Caribbean villa offers plenty of things to do. Stay active in its fitness facility, shoot some pool on its billiards table or spend a night relaxing under the stars in the heated infinity pool or Jacuzzi. It’s the perfect spot for entertaining with an outdoor grill, spacious deck and stunning panoramic ocean views.

Inside, Villa Acamar’s living area is roomy, featuring various themed spaces to suit your mood. Feel like getting lost in a good book? Head to the reading corner. Looking for a night to unwind watching movies? The cinema-style TV room boasts plush recliners and a large screen. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an open design and curved breakfast bar. It also features the little appliances that make a stay away from home a little more convenient like a blender, espresso machine, and dishwasher. Daily housekeeping (except for Sundays and holidays) is a nice bonus.

This luxury villa can easily accommodate up to six guests in its three bedrooms. All feature ocean views, king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Lounge on a sun bed on the villa’s back deck—they’re a perfect spot to sip on a cool drink while taking in views of the sea, or to dry off after a swim in the infinity-edged pool. Afterwards, the shaded, outdoor living room with columns from a former Indian temple, a Buddha statue and a fountain, is a tranquil setting for some quiet reflection. There’s a computer and Wi-Fi if you need to get some work done, as well as an included housekeeping service, offered daily, except on Sundays and holidays.

Inside, the fully air-conditioned living room offers views of the ocean and an L-shaped couch under a vaulted ceiling, while the soothing color scheme helps create a sense of calmness. If you’re up to crafting a home-cooked meal, the large, equipped kitchen is stocked with all the appliances you need, plus extras like a dishwasher, blender and coffee maker.

Enjoy romantic sunset views and exclusive beach access at Le Roc. Part of the private Le Domaine du Levant community, the three-bedroom villa looks out over Petit Cul de Sac Beach and shares beach access with the other villas in the community. Charming traditional architecture and lovely outdoor living spaces round out its appeal.

Le Roc opens to a covered outdoor dining area and tiled pool terrace dotted with lounge chairs. Across the lawn, a rustic gazebo with built-in seating and a table is a more private spot to read, nap or watch the ocean below. The villa may have a prettily traditional exterior, but inside, it has a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, as well as ceiling fans and air-conditioned bedrooms for the warmest Caribbean weather.

Beneath the villa’s shingled roof, columned veranda and shuttered windows, you’ll find equally charming interiors. At one end of the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, plump wicker sofas are pulled around a large coffee table. The adjacent dining room seats six in white upholstered chairs around a modern glass-topped table. In the fully equipped kitchen, dark wood cabinets contrast beautifully with white tile, while a turquoise accent wall echoes the color of the sea outside.

The three bedrooms at Le Roc all have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and air conditioning. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each, which can be combined to form king beds. The queen bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms open to the pool terrace. In each room, airy vaulted ceilings, traditional wooden furniture and brightly colored bedding make for a gracious Caribbean welcome.

From the villa, it’s a 4-minute walk down the hill to Petit Cul de Sac Beach. By car, it’s a 10-minute drive to Lorient Beach, 2 miles to Marigot Beach, 4 miles to Saline Beach, just over 4 miles to Nikki Beach, 4.5 miles to St Jean Beach and 6 miles to Gouverneur Beach. Shopping and dining in Gustavia are a 6-mile drive, and Gustaf III Airport is a 5-mile drive.

Just 10 minutes from the airport, this comfortable space is a perfect vacation spot for a group of friends or family. Set on the private estate of Mont Jean, and featured in many decoration magazines, this is one of our most popular St. Barts villa rentals. The island of St. Barts, with its perpetual sunshine, offers some of the top restaurants in the Caribbean as well as some of the best beaches.

Out back, there’s a large swimming pool built into the rocks and surrounded by tropical plants and a sun deck. It’s ideal for hot days, and thanks to a lighting system, works for hot nights as well. Entertain your guests with a casual alfresco meal on the terrace—there’s a gas barbecue and plenty of seating. Don’t worry too much about the cleaning; a daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and holidays) is an added bonus.

The interior boasts modern, minimalist decor with crisp white walls and furnishings. In the living room you’ll find white sofas, and even a white piano—the stunning views of the blue sea and colorful vegetation add pops of color. If you feel up to cooking, you’ll find everything you need in the large, fully equipped kitchen—there’s little extras like an icemaker, coffee machine and a dishwasher; even a breakfast bar.

Up to ten guests can easily sleep in the home’s five bedrooms. All rooms offer en-suite bathrooms with a shower and air conditioning, while four also include a ceiling fan and a TV with satellite and a DVD player. Beds range from queen- to king-sized, and children who are seven years old and over are welcome to stay.

There are steps leading down to a dock and the sea—the water in this natural reserve is warm and filled with colorful fish. For a night out, head to Gustavia, the diverse restaurants of the island’s capital, are just a quick 15-minute drive away.
