Isa sleeps up to 8 people. Two main bedrooms are joined to the villa and have King size beds and private terraces. The other two rooms are found in a cozy cottage separated from the by a teak deck. One room has a Queen size bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and entertainment systems.

Reef Tides

From Reef Tides it’s just a short walk to Babalua Beach, one of Providenciales’ most picturesque stretches of white sand. The shops, restaurants and cafés of Grace Bay are a quick 10 minute drive. Return in the evening for the lively nightlife. The island’s golf course and casino are also less than 15 minute away, and Providenciales International Airport is a 10 minute drive.

Each of the suite’s three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, jetted tub and ocean views, and opens to its own oceanfront terrace. A second bedroom also has a king bed, jetted tub and ocean views, but its terrace has views of the garden. The third bedroom has two twin beds. For larger parties or families, there’s also a pull-out twin sofa in the media room and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

You’ll hardly need your sandals to access the beach from the suite; just step downstairs to the West Bay club building. If you’d like to see more of the island, check out Turtle Cove Marina, just over 1 mile away, Princess Alexandra National Park, just over 2 miles away, and the restaurants in Providenciales, 6 miles away. Bring your racquet to Turks & Caicos Island Tennis Club, 1 mile away, and your clubs to Provo Golf Club, 4 miles away. Pasha

Beautiful St-Barts spreads out before you at Pasha, where a hillside location affords panoramic views of the lush landscape and picturesque roofs leading down to St. Jean Bay and the ocean. There are six beaches within a short drive of the property, and traditional architecture, warm and welcoming interiors and four spacious bedrooms round out the villa’s charms.

The villa’s great room opens to a wide veranda with covered sitting and dining areas. Wander past the veranda to the sunny terracotta terrace, which has a shaded daybed for naps, chaise longues for reading and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. In the evenings, set the mood with the iPod dock, gather around the satellite TV and DVD player, stay in touch via Wi-Fi and rest comfortably thanks to ceiling fans and air-conditioned bedrooms.

From the outside, Pasha is a classic Caribbean villa, with a red roof, white walls, blue shutters and plenty of French doors leading to the terrace. Inside, it’s just as charming and traditional, with warm wood panelling, vaulted ceilings and louvered screens in the great room. Have a seat on one of the contemporary gray sofas and watch the TV in the corner or the ocean outside. A breakfast bar separates the sitting area from the fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find both a practical pantry and a decorative wooden boat.

Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has a satellite TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The master suite has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, and another bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, making them perfect for a family with children. One has a queen bed and the other has bunk beds and a twin bed on a mezzanine level; both have ocean views.

Pasha puts you at the heart of St-Barts, with downtown Gustavia a 5-minute drive away and Gustaf III Airport a 10-minute drive. If you’re after sun and sand, choose from Gouverneur Beach, Saline Beach and Nikki Beach, all just over 1 mile away, St. Jean Beach, just under 2 miles away, Lorient Beach, about 3 miles away and Petit Cul de Sac Beach, 4.5 miles away.

On The Rocks

Enjoy privacy and luxury without sacrificing convenience at On The Rocks. With four bedrooms and living areas spread out across three pavilions, the villa’s accommodations are perfectly suited to families or groups of friends. Larger groups can rent the nearby Sol y Sombra villa for more room. A location in the Little Trunk Bay community means the beach is just a short walk away, and Spanish Town and The Baths are just a short drive away.

True to its name, the villa is tucked among the island’s characteristic boulders, with outdoor living spaces that wind through the giant rocks. There’s a pool with a waterfall feature, hammocks along the terrace, outdoor sitting and dining areas and a grill, with ocean views to set everything off. Take advantage of the setting with snorkeling equipment, a telescope and binoculars, or relax with the collections of books, games, music and movies, Wi-Fi in the main pavilion and a wet bar.

The terrace’s free-form layout is carried inside to the open-plan living area in the main pavilion, where the living room, dining room and kitchen share a high-ceilinged circular space. A wicker sectional with white upholstery and blue accent pillows has a beachy feel, while the dark-wood dining table and carved chairs have a more traditional Caribbean vibe. The gourmet kitchen features a curved peninsula and stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf range.

Each of the four bedrooms at On The Rocks has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and hairdryer. For privacy, the bedrooms are spread out across the pavilions. Two of the bedrooms have mini-fridges, the third bedroom has a mini-fridge and outdoor shower, and the fourth bedroom has an outdoor shower and private patio nestled into the garden.

Though On The Rocks boasts a private location and ocean views, Little Trunk Bay and Valley Trunk Beach are just over 100 yards away on foot down a paved road. By car, it’s a half-mile drive to The Baths or Spanish Town. On your arrival, you’ll be welcomed by snacks and fruit punch, but car rental and airport transfers can also be arranged at extra cost.
