You can listen to the swish of the waves from your private deck and infinity pool or venture down a flight of steps to explore the child-friendly beach.

LaVida opens to a sunny terrace lined with chaises longues. A tranquil infinity edge pool mirrors the graduated shades of the deep blue ocean beyond, and there are plenty of sunny decks and shaded terraces for dining and relaxing poolside or enjoying intimate conversations. Follow the steps down to a beachfront patio and the beach itself, which has a boulder-enriched saltwater area suitable for kiddies. It’s spacious enough to make it an ideal vacation getaway for a group of friends or a family (children are welcome here). Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, St. Barts is known for its prestigious atmosphere and white sandy beaches.

When you feel like lounging, sprawl out on one of the many sun chairs on the back deck. They surround a large, heated pool that’s perfect for cooling down on a warm afternoon, or splashing around with young ones. When you’re hungry, fire up the grill for a casual meal served in the shaded, alfresco dining area. You’ll also appreciate the included daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and holidays).

Exercise buffs can keep up their routines in the fitness room, and afterwards, soak aching muscles in the outdoor whirlpool spa, it sits beneath swaying palm trees.

Inside this elegant and spacious home, the airy living room is done in crisp whites, with an oversized sofa, vaulted ceiling and access to the terrace.
