The spacious deck area features a pristine infinity swimming pool that looks right out to sea. The exteriors of Villa Coco Rock also feature a covered lounge area. Around the corner, you will find a shaded alfresco dining area with a massive table that retains the natural shape and grain of the tree from which it originated—a real conversation piece! A gas barbeque and an outdoor wet bar are sure to keep the good times rolling. Indoors, you will find an espresso maker, television, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The interiors of Villa Coco Rock feature contemporary furnishings. The high, white vaulted ceilings offer that quintessential Caribbean atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features a large center island breakfast bar. The living room offers and entertainment center and a large, gray sectional sofa. The design and layout of this residence brings the concept of seamless indoor/outdoor living to a crescendo.

Six exquisite bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests at this non-smoking villa. You will find three bedrooms in one of the bungalows, two in the next and the final bedroom in the other bungalow. Within a twenty minute drive, you can also reach Gustavia, the capital of St. Barts that offers a number of historical sites to visit as well as the chance to charter a boat tour. Located in the gated community of Domaine du Levant in Petite Cul de Sac, Oui is one of our most charming St. Barts villas, and is ideal for a family vacation or group of friends travelling together. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for its upscale appeal for being both private and prestigious.

Take your pick from one of the many cushioned lounge chaises scattered across the expansive terrace and sit back while enjoying the island’s perpetual sunshine and panoramic sea views. The 60 ft. pool is a great way to cool down on hot days and is large enough to swim laps. A large manicured lawn with planted palm trees extends past the terrace, offering a great spot for entertaining.

Like its namesake, Black Pearl is a gorgeous and unique property that can accommodate both family vacations and couple’s getaways with ease. The brand-new four-bedroom villa is set on a hillside near Marigot Bay and has unforgettable views of the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon and the ocean beyond. Spend your stay basking in the Caribbean sunshine by the private pool or exploring the nearby beaches.

Though the villa’s living spaces are comfortably air-conditioned, you’ll want to step outside to the terrace, which has covered sitting and dining areas and a sunny lounge area around the heated infinity pool. A gas barbecue makes it easy to try local specialties. After a day at the beach, turn on the satellite TV and sound system or post your pictures via Wi-Fi.

The interiors of Black Pearl have cool, contemporary lines that keep the focus on the gorgeous ocean views. The sleek great room is almost entirely white, save its pale wood floors and a playful orange cabinet, creating a clean, fresh feel. A long white sectional is a welcoming spot in the sitting area, and minimalist flat-fronted cabinets conceal everything you’ll need in the fully equipped kitchen.

All four bedrooms at Black Pearl have queen beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning; for added privacy, there are two on the main floor and two on the lower level. The two bedrooms on the main floor have satellite TV and ocean views, and one of the bedrooms on the lower level has satellite TV as well. Like the common areas, the bedrooms have white walls and bedding and clean-lined furniture for a restful, minimalist vibe.

Thanks to the villa’s location near Marigot Bay, it’s easy to try out beaches until you find the perfect one. It’s just under a half-mile to Marigot Beach, a 5-minute drive to Lorient Beach, 2 miles to Petit Cul de Sac Beach, just over 2.5 miles to Nikki Beach, 3 miles to St Jean Beach and Saline Beach and 5 miles to Gouverneur Beach. In the evenings, head to Gustavia, a 20-minute drive away, for shopping and dining, and when it’s time to leave, Gustaf III Airport is a 15-minute drive from the villa.

This Caribbean island has a reputation for being a go-to destination by the rich and famous thanks to its uncrowded white sandy beaches, designer boutiques and prestigious atmosphere.

Soak in the sun on one of the many lounge chaises set up on the patio, then cool off with a swim in the large pool—the exotic greenery and palm trees framing the terrace give you a sense of privacy. In the evenings, enjoy an alfresco meal in the secluded gazebo, located off the terrace via a stone walkway and equipped with seating for six, there’s a barbecue out on the patio if you want to keep dinners casual.

The interior boasts a mainly crisp, white color palette with contemporary and minimalist decor. L’Esperance sits atop Flag Hill and provides eminent panoramic views of the island’s capital and the port of St. Thomas from inside the villa. L’Esperance has a climate control system, but turning it on is optional since the it has been ideally situated to capture refreshing trade winds. Outside the main house, one finds a bright and sunny furnished deck with an alfresco dining area next to a set of stairs that leads down to a very large swimming pool with a pool house that has a refrigerator, gas grill and alfresco showers. Recently renovated, L’Esperance comes with plenty of modern features like an electronic security gate, a zoned Bose stereo system, Wi-Fi and a separate gym pavilion.

Three of the five bedrooms at L’Esperance can be found on the main level, including a king master suite with its own separate sitting room. Two additional bedrooms are on the lower level and overlook the pool area. Each bedroom enjoys direct access to an exterior deck and its own en-suite bathroom. The media room can easily serve as an additional bedroom with sofa bed and full adjoining bathroom.
