Spend a holiday at this expansive estate on the beach; it’s one of our most popular St-Martin villas. Situated along the shores of Baie Longue Beach, known for its white sands and reef-protected waters, this remodeled, spacious home offers ample amenities, making it feel like a private resort.

In the villa’s backyard you’ll find palm trees and tropical greenery along with a large, in-ground pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. It’s surrounded by a deck with cushioned lounge chairs boasting views overlooking the ocean. There is also a private tennis court on site as well as an air-conditioned fitness room, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to keep up your exercise regime.

Inside, the air-conditioned living areas boast high ceilings and modern furnishings done in natural tones with pleasing accent colors, and there are plenty of cushy seating areas. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a nearby formal dining room, but be sure to take advantage of the barbecue and alfresco dining area on the covered terrace for a casual meal outdoors. Wi-Fi in the home ensures that you’ll stay connected if you need to get some work done.

Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in this home’s five bedrooms. Every room features a private, en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus air-conditioning. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, TV and a telephone, while three other rooms also include king-sized beds, a fourth guest suite features two twins that are suitable for children (they also can be put together to form a king-sized bed).

From here, you’re just 15 minutes away from the airport, and only 10 to the nearest grocery store and restaurants. Perhaps the best feature is the villa’s direct access onto Baie Longue beach—it’s an ideal spot for sun lounging and snorkeling.

An open concept main house extends to the terrace where you’ll find a covered patio for dining, a gazebo with a beach bar and an outdoor living area with views down the beach to the famous La Samanna resort. Want more lounging areas? Daybeds surround the large pool and what better way to relax than to lay back on your own lounger situated right at the edge of the infinity pool. Indoors, you will find a wine cooler, satellite TV, air conditioning ceiling fans and laundry facilities.

With modern decor and sleek furniture, you’ll feel as though you’ve entered the most stylish villa in all of the Caribbean at Turtle Nest. Bahia Beach Las Verandas A-56

Discover contemporary style nestled into a lush tropical landscape at Bahia Beach Las Verandas A-56. Part of the Bahia Beach Resort, the three-bedroom villa is close to the golf course and Sugar Beach, and offers guests access to shared amenities like a pool and boathouse. Inside, the home’s casual yet luxurious decor sets the mood for a vacation that’s both relaxing and pampering.

The villa has its own private terrace with sitting and dining areas and a barbecue. For comfort and convenience, it also has cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer and is wheelchair-accessible. Guests of Las Verandas A-56 enjoy access to shared amenities like a pool, pool house with shower, barbecue and kitchenette, tennis court, golf course, restaurant and fitness center. Take a short walk to Sugar Beach or check out a kayak, sailboat, paddleboard, mountain bike or fishing equipment from the resort’s Boat House.

A second bedroom has a queen bed and private balcony, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds and a private balcony. Larger groups or families with children can use the third bedroom’s two trundle beds for extra accommodations.

From Las Verandas A-56, it’s a 10-minute walk to the beautiful sands of Sugar Beach. The resort itself has a Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course and is close to the tropical rainforest at El Yunque National Forest. If you’d like to see more of Puerto Rico during your stay, Rio Grande is 2.5 miles away and San Juan is about 26 miles away. From Bahia Beach, it’s a 21-mile drive to Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.

This fully furnished condominium is the perfect space for two couples looking to get away on a golf and beach vacation or a family of four in search of amazing quality time filled with outdoor activities. This property is gated and has its own private parking. For extra peace of mind and your convenience, there’s a manager, housekeeper and security guard included in your stay in this Puerto Rican paradise.

High class amenities are abound inside and outside Bahia Beach Las Ventanas 19. You can enjoy a brilliant barbecue in the sunshine, splash around or relax in the shared ocean-front swimming pool or just sit on your balcony with a nice cold drink and do as little as possible. Inside the villa there’s TV, Wi-Fi access and air conditioning to make your stay here a pleasant and welcoming one.

Design-wise the property features gorgeous tropical plantation architecture, elegant stone, tile and hardwood furniture throughout. It also has 10 foot high ceilings, crown molding, classy ceramic tiles, and magnificent marble in many of the living areas. If you’d rather not lift a finger during your stay, you can hire the services of a cook and a butler to make it extra special (please note additional costs apply and advance booking may be required).

You can either relax or get involved in the action during your stay. There are lots of outdoor activities to keep adults and children entertained, these include kayaking in the crystal clear waters, mountain biking, sailing and lots more to keep you busy and giving you the chance to make magical memories. Elsewhere, the JungleQui Rainforest EcoAdventure Park is located in nearby Rio Grande and is a great place to visit if you’re traveling with children who love to explore. This completely refurnished residential villa enjoys enchanting views of El Yunque Rainforest, as well as the Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course with its soothing lakes. All buildings in the resort share a centrally located recreational area featuring an impressive lawn for outdoor activities and a swimming pool surrounded by well-appointed gazebos with barbecues and kitchenette facilities. Each unit is located only a short walk from the resort’s boat house. Bahia Beach Las Verandas 87 comes with a manager, housekeeper and security guard to help make your vacation more comfortable and enjoyable. This property sleeps a maximum of four guests and children are most welcome.

This gated resort comes with parking and the opportunity for al fresco dining in a tremendously tropical environment. Within the comfort of the villa there’s a modern, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi access so you’ll never be short of something to do if you want to chill out in the shade for a while. There’s a restaurant within the resort if you’d rather eat out, or you can pay an additional fee and get the services of a cook to conjure up a delicious dinner for you and your guests using the finest local produce.

A delightful combination of creams, beiges and dark woods make up the interior décor and create an airy and aesthetically pleasing space you’ll feel right at home in. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and there’s also a separate dining table which seats up to six.

There are two bedrooms in Bahia Beach Las Verandas 78. Bedroom one has a king size bed, air conditioning and a TV for late night or early morning viewing. Bedroom two is ideal for children with two double beds and a TV. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There’s also a sofa bed available in the living room (additional charges may apply for extra guests).

A five minute walk away from the villa you’ll find Sugar Beach – a haven for many different activities from kayaking and paddle boarding right through to sailing and of course, just lying down and enjoying the brilliant white sands which outlines by an impressive array of palm trees. You can hire lots of equipment for an additional fee if you want to have a round of golf or a game of tennis on the resort’s court.

Located just 4km from Rio Grande, Bahia Beach Las Verandas 06 is part of a resort that’s packed with things to do. This villa accommodates a maximum of six guests in the heart of a tropical Puerto Rican paradise. From al fresco dining to fishing trips and lazy days on the beach, this location truly does offer something for everyone. The versatility of the villa and its surroundings means this vacation home is ideally suited to groups of friends or family parties. Included in the price of your accommodation are a manager, housekeeper and security guard – all of whom will ensure you have a great trip.

Splashing around in the pool, sizzling some fresh local seafood on the barbecue or sipping a nice cocktail on your private balcony are just three of the popular pastimes you can partake in at number six. Indoors, there’s a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi access for when you want to watch a movie or email friends and family back home with pictures to make them envious!

Browns, creams and beiges form the color scheme inside the villa, except two of the three bedrooms which have splashes of red and blue. The kitchen is modern with light wood and chrome finishes, although with the option of hiring a cook, you may not be spending much time here (please note an additional fee applies and advance notice may be required).

There should be no arguing over who gets which bedroom as they all have air conditioning and their own TV. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed with the second bedroom having one double and the third bedroom containing two doubles. The main bedroom has its own en-suite facilities while bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with shower.

Getting out into nature is all part of the fun of staying at Bahia Beach Las Verandas 06. If you’re keen to try out some water sports then there’s kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding available – just ask at the boat house in the resort. For those in your group who’d rather stay on dry land, they can enjoy a game of tennis, round of golf or making use of the fitness facilities. Rio Grande and all it has to offer is a mere 4km away so you’ll have plenty to occupy you during your stay.
