Carved into the cliffs of the Mont Jean peninsula Villa Beverly’s privacy and seclusion make its inspired elegance yours alone for the duration of your stay. Built primarily on one level, the home fuses classic colonial architecture with modern design for a uniquely luxurious experience.

A smooth, tiled terrace winds its way around the villa, presenting many options for enjoying the outdoors, from shady pockets on the side to the sun drenched main deck, behind. Warm yourself on a cushioned chaise or take a dip in the stunning infinity pool, with edges that melt into the turquoise horizon of Marigot Bay. Watch the sun set with a tropical cocktail in hand then light the outdoor grill for an al fresco feast.

Beautiful terra cotta tiles, area rugs and high ceilings with thick wooden beams adorn the brightly lit living room. Arched French doors surround you on three sides, allowing breezy sea air to flow freely. You’ll want to spend all day lounging in the soft cotton chairs and sofas. Enter the kitchen where superior wooden cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances will inspire you to create a memorable feast. Serve it on the lovely glass table that seats eight.

Up to eight can stay in Villa Beverly’s four bedrooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and fan. The Master bedroom, with King size bed, is separate from the other rooms and opens onto a private terrace. The second bedroom has twoTwin beds while the third has a Double bed and bathtub. The final room has a Queen size bamboo canopy bed.

Villa Beverly is a 5 minute drive from Lorient, one of St. Barts’ best kept secrets. Early risers will enjoy the morning fish market, but the main attraction is its beautiful beach that appeals to families and surfers alike. Gustavia is only 15 minutes away where you’ll find upscale shopping, fine French dining and local Creole cuisine. One of the island’s hottest nightclubs is only a few minutes away at Pointe Milou.

Dry off on a chaise longue in the warm island sun or lounge comfortably under the loggia. Prepare an unforgettable meal on the outdoor grill and savor it at the al fresco dining area.

Descend a few steps to a charming TV room with soft plush sofas and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. Off the TV room you can work up a sweat in a well-equipped, air conditioned fitness room. The main living room provides the perfect venue for relaxing with your guests as a fresh breeze blows in through French doors. You’ll immediately feel your culinary creativity come alive as you enter the professionally appointed kitchen.

Up to six guests can stay in the home’s three bedrooms. Each bedroom opens onto a private terrace and contains King size bed, his and hers en-suite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and entertainment system. While the three rooms are similarly appointed, each features individual touches from materials to colors.

When you’re ready to explore, a 5 minute drive will take you to Lorient beach, one of St. Barts’ best kept secrets and the perfect place for swimming and snorkeling. It’s also a great place to stock up on groceries and the morning fish market is worth an early start. Gustavia is 15 minutes away and there you’ll find upscale shopping and fine French dining. One of the islands most iconic nightclubs is found just a few minutes away in Pointe Milou.

Located in the private gated community of Mont Jean, this modern home boasts stunning views and sprawling living space, making it one of our must see St. Barts villas. The island of St. Barts has a reputation for being a go-to destination by the rich and famous due to its unspoiled white sandy beaches and prestigious atmosphere.

Offering an expansive terrace, you and your guests will experience postcard-esque island and sea views from one of the cushioned lounge chaises. The solar- heated, infinity-edge pool sits on the edge of the terrace and blend almost seamlessly into the waters ahead. For a relaxing night in, head into the media room, furnished with three cozy sofas, a large home theater and surround sound system.

Completed in 2006, the interior of this contemporary home offers Asian-inspired decor and colorful furnishings. The living room opens up to the terrace and features white leather sofas, turquoise armchairs and views of the sea. The dining area shares the space, and boasts a wood table with seating for eight under a chandelier. A slick, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance for even the most avid chef.

The villa includes four air-conditioned bedrooms as well as additional bedding available in the media room, to allow up to 11 guests to spend the night. Three of the bedrooms are located in the main home and each offers private access to the terrace with exceptional views while one queen-sized bedroom is found in a separate cottage.

Just five minutes away is Lorient Beach, a reef-protected spot with calm waters that are perfect for swimming and snorkeling. When you’re ready to do some exploring, head to the island’s quaint capital of Gustavia, a 15 minute drive from the villa, that includes some of the world’s finest spas, as well as top restaurants and shopping.

Spend a memorable Caribbean vacation at this spacious Mont Jean villa, near Pointe Milou. Overlooking Marigot Bay, this home offers one of the most impressive vantage points of our St Barts villas, and a private ocean access.

Cool off in the large private pool built against the hillside’s boulders —it’s ideal for day or night swimming, thanks to its lighting system. Surrounding the pool is a spacious terrace, where you can soak in some sun on one of the lounge chairs. A daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays) ensures a relaxing stay.

Inside, the décor is simple and tropical, with exotic wood accents. The large living area offers plenty of seating for you and your guests as well as spectacular views overlooking the bay. Create a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then serve it at the outdoor dining area, accessible via glass sliding doors.

This home has four bedrooms that can sleep up to eight guests. All have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, TVs and DVD players, and fans. Bedrooms 1 and 2 can be connected via an interior access if desired, while two of the bedrooms can be set up as twin bedrooms for families with children (aged 12 and older).
