Rafters is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the exclusive development of Old Leeward, directly opposite the Parrot Cay Landing. The villa is situated on a fully landscaped one acre lot facing the canal with a pool, large deck and an 80 ft. dock with ramp access. From private terraces on the second level, the beauty of the mangroves and small archipelago of cays that link Provo to North Caicos can be viewed.

This property offers 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. On the main level is a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Also on the main floor is separate cloakroom and laundry room with both washer and dryer for guests’ convenience. In addition to the 6 bedrooms, there is an office that may accommodate two upon request, and two additional beds may be moved into two of the upstairs guest rooms to maximize the full potential of the home.

The professional kitchen, with walk-in pantry and a multitude of entertaining possibilities, offers fantastic views out over the canal. Large sliding glass doors open up from the great room – designed to entertain with a 50″ television and full music system – out onto the large pool terrace overlooking the canal. All rooms and outside areas are connected for sound and individually controlled to the entertainment centre. Indoor dining is positioned between the kitchen and living area.

Outside there is an open kitchen area with built-in gas grill, fridge and ice maker, and a table for 10-12 people. The kitchen area also boasts a sit-up bar for guests to relax at while keeping the cook company.

The sun hits the deck virtually the whole day, while setting directly down the canal offering beautiful views.

Villa Calypso is a five bedroom villa located directly overlooking Sapodilla Bay, in the prestigious Ocean Point area of Providenciales.

This home offers the essence of indoor-outdoor living with its extensive living areas, all overlooking glittering turquoise waters. On the first floor, you will find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining room and living room. Upstairs is a screened patio with ocean and pool views. Outside, take advantage of the gazebo dining area, complete with gas BBQ grill.

Cool off in the tranquil ocean waters from the comfort of your own private dock, or take a short walk across the street to a beautiful cove with shallow, calm water and a white sand beach. If you want to practice your backhand, a tennis court is also available within walking distance.

Villa Vieux Caribe

Enjoy postcard-worthy ocean views at Villa Vieux Caribe. Set on lush grounds on the southern coast of Providenciales, the seven-bedroom stone villa has traditional stone architecture and panoramic views of Chalk Sound National Park and Caicos Banks. Snorkel just off the property’s beach in calm Taylor Bay, sunbathe on one of several decks, and retreat to private, hotel-like accommodations in the evening.

The heart of the villa is its outdoor spaces, which range from a large deck to a terrace around the private pool. Steps lead from the house down to the beach, where you’ll find two private docks and two kayaks. The pool terrace even has a barbecue, wet bar and dining area, so you can enjoy the sunset over a drink and dine al-fresco. Relax in the hammock, or escape the heat thanks to the house’s ceiling fans and air conditioning. For your convenience, Wi-Fi access is available, too.

Inside, Villa Vieux Caribe is light and airy, with fresh, neutral decor and high ceilings that let in the trade winds. The living room is calm, comfortable and traditional, with tile floors, cream-colored walls, dark wood and linen-toned upholstery. The kitchen has classic white beadboard cabinets and is open to the dining area, where you’ll find rustic woven rush chairs and antique pottery accents.

Each of the villa’s seven bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, TV and safe. There are five bedrooms with king beds, and two bedrooms with two queen beds each. Two of the suites are located on a lower level and have their own private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and deck; one of these suites is wheelchair-accessible.

Swimming, snorkeling and boating are just steps away from Villa Vieux Caribe on Taylor Bay. There’s also a beach just a 2-minute walk away. By car, it’s a 10-minute drive to the grocery store or the international airport, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Providenciales.

Gustavia is a 15 minute drive and there you’ll find upscale shopping, fine French dining and a taste of the local Creole cuisine. One of the island’s hottest nightclubs is only a few minutes away at Pointe Milou.
