This immense property, spread over 3,100 square meters, has been uniquely built to offer you plenty of reasons to be outside. The sprawling decks offers multiple areas to relax and soak in the island sun on lounge chaises surrounding the large pool or on the U-shaped outdoor seating area—a perfect spot to socialize and share a glass of wine. An alfresco dining area features a gas barbecue, dining table and counter space. You should also take advantage of the exercise room’s treadmill, bike and free weights.

The property is made up of three separate buildings that all connected by light-wood decks with beautiful landscaping throughout. The sleek interior of the villa’s three buildings features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open up to the exterior. The airy main building offers a spacious living room with modern furnishings and accents, as well as a vaulted ceiling and a flatscreen TV. A fully equipped kitchen and large dining table is also found in this building.

St. Martin’s white sandy beaches, eclectic nightlife and temperate climate make it an ideal Caribbean getaway.

You’ll be spoiled by views of the sea while lounging on one of the sun chairs on the back deck. This is also a great spot to cool down, thanks to the 35-by-17-foot swimming pool. If the ocean is more your scene, follow the path down to the sands, where you’ll have direct access to the beach. You can also take in stunning views from the gazebo—outfitted with sofas, chairs and ceiling fans, it’s a cozy spot to relax.

Inside, the U-shaped layout allows the living room, dining room and kitchen to all face the sea. Within, the space boasts a contemporary decor, and a living area that opens up to the terrace. This room boasts vaulted ceilings, an oversized couch, flatscreen TV and modern accent pieces. Meanwhile, the spacious kitchen has a center island and also opens up to the terrace.
