The terrace’s lush tropical vegetation allows you to relax on the terrace and pool deck in privacy. Stretch out on one of the comfy loungers or large daybed on the stone terrace while enjoying beach and panoramic sea views. The private pool with Italian marble steps is in the center of the patio and is a perfect spot to cool down or enjoy a romantic swim under the stars. There is additional seating on wicker patio furniture under the covered portion of the terrace.

Completed in 2001, the interior of this modern home boasts an open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, elegant furnishings and a soothing color scheme. Even if you don’t have much of a sweet tooth, you’ll find yourself craving a stay at Beach Kandi. Set on the sugary sands of Grace Bay Beach, the two-bedroom villa is close to perfect snorkeling reefs, the dining and sightseeing of Turtle Cove Marina and golf and tennis. Its breezy interiors and panoramic ocean views make it a treat indeed.

The villa opens to a spacious terrace with an inviting sitting area, lounge chairs and an infinity pool. You’re close enough to the beach that the villa’s pair of daybeds are right on the sand. After a day of snorkeling or sunbathing, rinse off in the outdoor shower and try cooking local seafood on the barbecue. In the evenings, switch on the sound system or share updates via Wi-Fi and sleep comfortably in the air conditioning.

A fold-away glass wall turns the open-plan great room of Beach Kandi into a breezy indoor-outdoor living space. Recline on the sitting area’s gray sofas, set a drink on the live-edge wood coffee table and watch the waves outside or the pop-up TV. The wood textures are echoed by the dining table and chairs, which have room for six, as well as the polished wood ceiling. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and sleek European cabinets.

The villa’s two bedrooms are set one above the other at the front of the house for spectacular water views. Each has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub and walk-in closet; the upstairs bedroom has a private balcony while the downstairs suite opens to the pool terrace. Plan to fly into Providenciales International Airport, just under 4 miles (or about a 10-minute drive) from the villa. Once you’re at Beach Kandi, you may not need to put your shoes on for the rest of your stay, thanks to its location right on Grace Bay Beach. But if you’d like to see more of the island, it’s a 10-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, 4 miles to the reefs at Princess Alexandra National Park and 7 miles to historic Cheshire Hall. Work on your swing at Turks & Caicos Islands Tennis Club, 2 miles away, or a different kind of swing at at Provo Golf Club, 6 miles away.

True to its name, Villa Seacliff offers spectacular views from the tip of Ocean Point on Providenciales. With their cladding of textured coral stone, the walls of Villa Seacliff almost feel like they’ve risen out of the land.
