This stunning home on the hillside of Terres Basses is one of our must-see St. Martin vacation rentals, thanks to its spacious property, modern design and its ability to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The island of St. Martin is known for its vibrant nightlife, platinum sand beaches and temperate climate.

Unwind on one of the cushioned chaise loungers spread out along the terrace and soak in the warm tropical sun. The swimming pool includes a waterfall feature and stretches out from the tiled patio to the manicured lawn. A gazebo sits in the middle of the pool and is an ideal spot to enjoy a glass of champagne while looking out over panoramic views of the sea. Afterwards, have an alfresco meal on the large dining table that’s located in the space connecting the gazebo to the terrace.

The interior of the villa is spacious with glass walls that open up to the terrace, offering a true indoor/outdoor living experience. Relax in the contemporary living room that has been furnished with black and white sofas and a large plasma TV. Just behind this area is a formal indoor dining space with seating for up to 10 guests. Prepare your home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen that has been elegantly finished with light-toned cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The villa boasts four king size bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Each spacious suite features a private en-suite with a shower, air conditioning and a TV, and two of the rooms are also connected to each other.

While staying here you’ll be only three minutes from the ivory sands of Plum Beach, that offers excellent snorkeling opportunities and Baie Rouge beach is only two minutes further. Be sure to visit the capital Marigot, just 12 minutes away, where you can browse through markets, boutique shopping and try out local restaurants.

With the perfect blend of Caribbean hospitality and European sophistication combined with an eclectic nightlife, the island of St, Martin is a unique tropical getaway.

The terrace’s lush tropical vegetation allows you to relax on the terrace and pool deck in privacy. Stretch out on one of the comfy loungers or large daybed on the stone terrace while enjoying beach and panoramic sea views. The private pool with Italian marble steps is in the center of the patio and is a perfect spot to cool down or enjoy a romantic swim under the stars. There is additional seating on wicker patio furniture under the covered portion of the terrace.

Completed in 2001, the interior of this modern home boasts an open-concept design with vaulted ceilings, elegant furnishings and a soothing color scheme. After a day of exploring, unwind on the couch and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. There’s a dining table located just behind the sofas, this area leads to the fully equipped kitchen where you’ll find all the necessary tools to prepare a great meal. At special request, a chef can come to prepare a delicious meal for two.

Comfortably sleeping two guests, the luxurious W Hotel King Size Bed is located on the right side of the villa and features French doors that lead directly out to the terrace. A bathroom is located across from the bed and boasts a large shower and double vanity sinks.

This home sits directly on the quiet Baie Rouge Beach, where you can sunbathe uninterrupted on its platinum white sands. When you’re ready for a bit of excitement, the vibrant capital city of Marigot, is just a 10-minute drive away. St. Martin is known for its unique mix of European and Caribbean culture, as well as its fantastic beaches, agreeable climate and lively nightlife scene.

The back terrace is everything you hope it will be: a spacious deck dotted with palm trees, with loungers and sun umbrellas surrounding a and heated jacuzzi. Plan to have meals outdoors in the alfresco dining area, then later relax with a drink in the outdoor living area. In the evenings, head into the media room for movie nights on the large plasma TV and high-end audio system. Meanwhile, as an added bonus, housekeeping is included in your stay.

Inside, the villa is fully air conditioned and offers a modern and island-inspired ambiance. The living room opens up to the terrace and features Italian furniture, including plush sofas and contemporary accents. If you feel up to cooking, the fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances you need to create a home-cooked meal as well as extras like a dishwasher, icemaker and a blender for cocktails.

Beach Kandi

Even if you don’t have much of a sweet tooth, you’ll find yourself craving a stay at Beach Kandi. Set on the sugary sands of Grace Bay Beach, the two-bedroom villa is close to perfect snorkeling reefs, the dining and sightseeing of Turtle Cove Marina and golf and tennis. Its breezy interiors and panoramic ocean views make it a treat indeed.

The villa opens to a spacious terrace with an inviting sitting area, lounge chairs and an infinity pool. You’re close enough to the beach that the villa’s pair of daybeds are right on the sand. After a day of snorkeling or sunbathing, rinse off in the outdoor shower and try cooking local seafood on the barbecue. In the evenings, switch on the sound system or share updates via Wi-Fi and sleep comfortably in the air conditioning.

A fold-away glass wall turns the open-plan great room of Beach Kandi into a breezy indoor-outdoor living space. Recline on the sitting area’s gray sofas, set a drink on the live-edge wood coffee table and watch the waves outside or the pop-up TV. The wood textures are echoed by the dining table and chairs, which have room for six, as well as the polished wood ceiling. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and sleek European cabinets.

The villa’s two bedrooms are set one above the other at the front of the house for spectacular water views. Each has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub and walk-in closet; the upstairs bedroom has a private balcony while the downstairs suite opens to the pool terrace. The bedrooms are modern and stylish, with wood ceilings, white walls and creamy marble floors, but the showstopper in each is the ceiling-mounted tub filler.

Plan to fly into Providenciales International Airport, just under 4 miles (or about a 10-minute drive) from the villa. Once you’re at Beach Kandi, you may not need to put your shoes on for the rest of your stay, thanks to its location right on Grace Bay Beach. But if you’d like to see more of the island, it’s a 10-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, 4 miles to the reefs at Princess Alexandra National Park and 7 miles to historic Cheshire Hall. Work on your swing at Turks & Caicos Islands Tennis Club, 2 miles away, or a different kind of swing at at Provo Golf Club, 6 miles away.

Villa Seacliff

True to its name, Villa Seacliff offers spectacular views from the tip of Ocean Point on Providenciales. Enjoy a panorama stretching from tropical landscaping to the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound while relaxing on the property’s terrace or private swimming dock. Though there’s plenty of communal space, five bedroom suites give couples or families their privacy.

The villa has several levels of outdoor spaces from which to enjoy the ocean views and trade winds. A deck just off the house has both sunny and shaded areas to lounge and dine, an outdoor grill and a pool. Head down the steps to the gazebo, perfect for reading or napping, and a swimming deck right on the water. In the evenings, enjoy cable TV, Wi-Fi access and air-conditioned bedrooms.

With their cladding of textured coral stone, the walls of Villa Seacliff almost feel like they’ve risen out of the land. The living areas are casual and comfortable, with cathedral ceilings, an open-plan layout, stone floors that match the walls’ creamy color, and breezy wicker furniture accented by tropical floral-print cushions. The fully equipped kitchen features handsome wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Each of the five bedrooms at Villa Seacliff has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There’s no need to worry about who will take which room; every room has a view of the sea. In the bedrooms, the same coral stone walls and pale floors set a calm, neutral tone, while botanical-print duvets and shams provide tropical accents. In the bathrooms, stone tile adds a colorful touch.

Though you can swim at the villa, Taylor Bay Beach is just a 2-minute walk away if you’re longing for a stretch of sand. You can also reach a tennis court on foot, 3 minutes away. By car, it’s a 10-minute drive to the international airport, a 15-minute drive to the grocery store and a 20-minute drive to the golf course and downtown area.
