Your indoor living spaces are welcoming and comfortable but the outdoors is where you’ll find yourself spending the majority of your time. From the moment you step onto your terrace into the divine pool area you’ll be blown away by your spectacular coastal views. This wonderful entertaining area includes an expansive covered balcony for dining and relaxing and a centrally positioned and sizeable swimming pool, an infinity plunge pool and a hot tub. Why not step into the water and look out to the jaw-dropping view of the Caribbean? It’s a wonderful place to soak up the atmosphere.

Split over two floors, each of your six luxurious bedrooms feature well appointed en-suites. Three of these bedrooms feature king sized beds and four have either private balconies or terraces. The other three bedrooms feature twin beds that can also be converted into kings if you so desire. All bedrooms, of course, have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Your privacy and utmost comfort is assured.

Guests of Ragamuffins have access to Royal Westmoreland golf course, including its fabulous clubhouse with restaurant and sporting facilities. Here you can practice your tennis, go for a relaxing round of golf as you breathe the ocean breezes or get a work out at the resort’s fully equipped gym. This majestic property is perfectly positioned and is approximately one mile from the beach where you can enjoy restaurant and beach facilities as part of your full membership of the Beach Club. Ragamuffins villa is located 2 miles from Holetown where there is a large supermarket and retail outlets including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, here you’ll also find fine dining and trendy restaurants. It’s also 5 miles to Speighstown and 9.5 miles to Bridgetown. It is 17.9 miles to Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI).

Boasting two acres of waterfront property in the exclusive community of Domaine du Levant, this is one of our St. Barts villas not to be missed. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for its excellent beaches and reputation for being both private and prestigious.

This luxury home features a large terrace, boasting island and sea views, with manicured gardens and plenty of spots for sunbathing—lounge chairs are spread throughout the property (measuring at over two acres). A heated pool sits in the middle of the terrace and is a perfect spot for a mid-afternoon swim. The shaded portion of the terrace features a large dining table for alfresco meals.

The villa’s interior is spacious and well decorated with neutral- and red-toned walls, island furnishings and plenty of natural light. The main living room opens up to the terrace via swinging doors, and boasts comfortable seating and sunset views. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with extra appliances like a dishwasher, as well as granite countertops and cherry wood finishes.

Up to ten guests can comfortably stay in the home’s five bedrooms, each room is unique with its own color palette, and features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, TV with DVD player and a private en-suite. Four of the rooms also boast sea views with the fifth having a garden view.

While staying here, you will have private access to the Petit Cul de Sac beach, as well as the community’s two exclusive beachside tennis courts.
