This home, resting on the hillside of Lurin beautifully blends the colonial architecture with contemporary decor and amenities making it one of our top St. Barts villas. The island of St. Barts has a reputation for being a go-to destination by the rich and famous thanks to its white sandy beaches, designer boutiques and prestigious atmosphere.

Relax on the terrace while enjoying sea and island views on one of the many cushioned loungers. At the edge of the terrace, a stunning, 50 ft. pool has a natural stonewall border and is large enough to swim laps. The manicured garden is a tranquil spot for cuddling up with a good book under the shade of the mango trees. Enjoy an alfresco meal while watching the a tropical sunset from the shaded gazebo, also on the terrace, equipped with a dining table and barbecue.

The interior of this two level home is stylish with a neutral-colored furnishings and contrasting exotic dark hardwood flooring. The living room features plush seating, colorful art pieces and a billiard table, and this space opens up to the manicured gardens. The spacious gourmet kitchen is well equipped and includes a gas stove and breakfast bar. Unwind with a movie night in the entertainment room—it has a flatscreen TV and plenty of DVDs..

Up to ten guests can be accommodated in the villa’s six bedrooms—they’re spread throughout three separate bungalows as well as the main house. The master bedroom, operating the entire top level of the colonial home, features a king-sized bed, private en-suite and a balcony overlooking the garden with sea views. Suites in the private pavilions also offer a small kitchen and lounge area.

You’ll be only a short drive away from both Saline and Gouverneur Beach, popular for swimming and sunbathing. The island’s capital, Gustavia, is only a few minutes from the property and offers boutique shopping, sightseeing and plenty of amazing restaurants to satisfy your taste buds.

There is plenty of space to spread out here. If you feel like swimming, choose between two heated pools on the back deck. The terrace also has outdoor seating areas with sofas and sun beds, plus palm trees, surrounding tropical greenery and distant views of water. Spend some quiet reflection time by the waterfall stone garden, or settle in for the night with a movie in the home theater. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) helps keep things tidy.

Inside, you’ll find a sleek interior with modern white furnishings set against white walls and oversized art pieces. The spacious living room opens up to the terrace and offers plenty of seating options, stylish lamps and vaulted ceilings. A maximum of ten guests can comfortably stay in this villa’s five airy bedrooms; all offer en-suite bathrooms with showers, air conditioning and TVs with DVD players. BOW – Hill House

Camaruche is one of St. Barts undiscovered areas, but when you stroll the grounds of Hill House, you’ll know you’re on to something special. Whatever you seek most from a view is on display at this spectacular villa. Gaze across turquoise waters to the nearby islands of St. Martin and Anguilla. Scan the landscape and let your eyes rest upon St. Jean or Lorient beach.

The natural beauty is the focus of Hill House’s layout and design. A rustic stone path leads you through a lush garden of palms and island flora to the wide ipe deck. The immense, 92-foot infinity pool draws your eye across its sparkling water to an invisible edge that blends seamlessly into the ocean horizon. At the far end a large covered patio housing an alfresco dining set and decadently soft sofas, appears to float atop the water.

You’ll barely notice the transition from outdoor to indoor. The living and dining areas share a bright, open-concept room that exhibits the main terrace through retractable walls. Wood and rattan furniture as well as elegant marble and stone tables, plus many other design touches were carefully selected by acclaimed designer Michael Taylor. A large,chef-appointed kitchen can be opened or closed to the living area and is ideal for catered events.

At one end of the pool, the Master bedroom occupies in its own spacious cottage. A gorgeous 4-poster bed and chaise longue highlight the main room, while its elegant en-suite bathroom boasts both shower and Philippe Starck tub. Across the garden the 3 other bedrooms offer a taste of seclusion, including en-suite bathroom and each opening onto a private terrace with ocean views.

Lorient is only a 5 minute drive, where you can stock up on groceries, including fresh seafood at the morning fish market. Lorient beach is protected by a reef and offers calm waters for swimming and snorkeling. It takes 15 minutes to get to Gustavia, where you’ll find upscale shopping, fine dining. One of the island’s top nightclubs is just a few minutes away in Pointe Milou.

Set on nearly two acres of lush tropical grounds this beautifully decorated and spacious Colonial-style villa is one of our top villas in Barbados. Known as “Little England,” the island of Barbados combines British charm and Caribbean flair and offers plenty of sun, tranquil waters and vibrant nightlife.

Chat with loved ones on the plush patio furnishings out on the property’s covered terrace. If you grow warm, head into the Italian, mosaic-tiled swimming pool that sits in the center of beautifully manicured grounds, looking towards the sea.
