Along the shores of Marigot Bay, you’ll find this lovely home, one of our most charming St. Barts villas—and feline lovers will delight in Minouche, the villa’s cat. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is known for luxury and its white sand beaches that attract the rich and famous from around the world.

Spend hot afternoons in the semi-circular, infinity-edge pool. It overlooks the bay and is surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. Afterwards, head to the private gazebo (sitting on a stretch of sand), for some quiet meditation time, or enjoy a cool drink one of the sofas under the shaded terrace. A gas barbecue gives you a chance to keep meals casual while dining in the alfresco dining area. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) is also included.

The decor inside is quaint with pops of color and exotic prints. The cozy living area opens up to the terrace, allowing for beautiful sea views and tropical breezes to flow into the space. The kitchen is equally bright thanks to multiple windows and comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes extras like a coffee machine and dishwasher.

Up to eight guests are able to stay in the estate’s four bedrooms—all feature en-suite bathrooms with showers (one also has a tub), plus air conditioning and safes. Bed sizes range from two twins perfect for kids (children 10 and up are welcome here) to queen- and king-sized. The king-sized bedroom is found in a separate bungalow, that also includes a private pool, kitchen and living room.

From this home you’ll have access to a private dock leading into Marigot Bay, a nature reserve for fish. You will be able to snorkel in the warm and turquoise water and observe brightly colored fish and turtles. It’s also just 15 minutes to Gustavia’s diverse restaurants and high-end boutiques.

This private cottage on the heights of Colombier sits just five minutes from the airport, and overlooks the ocean and Gustavia’s harbor, offering some of the best views of all our St. Barts villas. The island of St. Barts, with its perpetual sunshine, boutique shopping and fantastic beaches, attracts affluent travelers from around the world.

There are enough amenities at this secluded home to make you feel like you’re at your own private resort. The heated infinity-edge pool is perfect for a refreshing dip on hot afternoons, and you can dry off on one of the lounge chairs on the patio. The terrace faces the sunset and features panoramic ocean views. Exercise enthusiasts can keep up their routine in the fitness room, while a daily maid service (except Sundays and holidays) keeps the place tidy.

Inside, the decor is contemporary with a soothing, neutral-colored palette. The living room completely opens up to the terrace, and offers plush white and cream furnishings, a flatscreen TV and views of the water. Nearby, the sleek gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as extra perks like a wine cooler, dishwasher and an espresso machine.

The home’s four bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. A separate bungalow houses the master bedroom and includes a private deck with a Jacuzzi. The remaining bedrooms inside the main home include en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and beds range in size from queen to king.

While staying here, you’ll be a quick, 10 minute drive to the closest beach—Flamands. This stretch of sand is one of the largest on the island, and is popular for its calm waters, making it ideal for swimming or snorkeling. It’s an even faster to get to the restaurants, boutiques and spas in Gustavia, the island’s capital—just five minutes.

This cliff-side home in Terres Basses has been recently redesigned and boasts stunning ocean views, manicured gardens and a spacious interior, making it one of our favorite St. Martin villas. The Caribbean island of St. Martin is dominated by colorful tropical plants and is well known for its eclectic nightlife, fine beaches and diverse dining.

Everyday stress will melt away as you stretch out onto on of the many chaise loungers scattered around the tiled terrace. The freeform overflow pool sits on the edge of the deck and appears to blend into the ocean ahead, even better is that you can swim and lounge in complete privacy—the villa sits on over two acres of property and is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. In the covered portion of the patio are two separate seating areas with wicker furnishings, making this a perfect spot to relax in cool shade. Additional amenities include a fully equipped gym and the services of a maid and night guard.

The interior of the home has been tastefully decorated. The living room opens up to the terrace and features light marble flooring, Romanesque stone columns, and classically styled furnishings. Multiple seating areas throughout the home will ensure that you and your guests are able to enjoy your quiet time when necessary. And if you’re up to cooking, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with gas ovens and plenty of counter space.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the villa features five bedrooms, three of which having king size beds. Each suite also includes a private en-suite bathroom with an indoor and alfresco shower as well as air conditioning.

The villa is a short one-minute drive from the beach where you can stretch out on the white platinum sand or enjoy swimming or snorkeling in its warm waters. A 12-minute drive brings you into the capital city, Marigot, where you’ll discover gingerbread houses and sidewalk bistros as well as boutique shopping and dining opportunities.
