Nine bright and beautiful bedrooms are divided between the 7,000 sq ft main house and the new guest house. All rooms are air-conditioned, and each main house bedroom contains its own spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. The large Master suite houses a King size four-poster bed and opens onto a private oceanside balcony. The three guest house bedrooms have access to their own fully-equipped kitchen and sitting room. A housekeeper will do a mid-week clean or daily housekeeping can be arranged.

Casa Varnishkes is located in a quiet corner of Providenciales, but it has easy access to the best of the island. Golf, gaming and the shops and restaurants of Grace Bay are all less than 15 minutes away by car. Providenciales International Airport is a 20 minute drive. Turn onto the Leeward Highway and spend your days in search of the perfect beach.

La Samanna Sucrier

This Mediterranean-styled home in the prestigious Terres Basses community is one of four villas making up the complex La Samanna, a must visit of all our St. Martin vacation rentals. Perfectly blending Caribbean hospitality and European sophistication, the island of St. Martin is a tropical oasis that is certain to make for an unforgettable getaway.

The villa features a private terrace with a wrap-around overflow pool surrounded by tropical gardens. You’ll find loungers on the far side of the deck—a perfect spot to grab some sun while you sip on a cold drink. You can also enjoy an alfresco meal on one of the two dining tables located on the elevated portion of the terrace, and you can keep things casual by firing up the barbecue. The upper level patio offers a tranquil space to relax on a day bed while taking in stunning ocean and island views.

Inside, the sunken living room opens up to the patio and features open archways, lots of natural light and tasteful furnishings that evoke a mid-century feel. A step up from the living room brings you to the brightly lit dining room that’s equipped with a glass dining table and seating for up to 10. This space also includes a wall that completely opens up to the outdoor dining terrace. Nearby, the spacious kitchen is with elegant dark cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

The villa’s three bedrooms will comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Each room features earth tones, a TV, air conditioning and private en-suite bathroom. The two rooms on the second level each have access to the upper terrace while the bedroom on the lower level opens up to the pool deck.

As a guest, you will have access to the resort’s facilities that include tennis courts, restaurants, a spa, swimming pools and boutiques. Beach lovers can head to the Baie Longue beach, located on the resort. It’s known for being uncrowded and ideal for snorkeling. Meanwhile, the capital city of Marigot’s shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute drive from the villa.

This gated home in Sandy Lane is one of our most luxurious villas in Barbados, with five bedrooms and plenty of space to lounge, it’s an ideal getaway for a group of friends or family traveling together. Visitors from around the world flock to Barbados for its crystal clear waters, coral reefs and sunny climate.

Lounge on one of the sun chairs surrounding the swimming pool, this back deck offers a great space for entertaining, boasting a gazebo and a sleek wet bar with sofas. This estate also offers places to rejuvenate, either by spending an afternoon wandering through the enclosed gardens or by exercising in the fitness room. As an added perk, a cook/housekeeper is on site until 4:30 pm.

The interior has been elegantly decorated by Aubrey and Charles of Designer’s Choice. In the living room you’ll find modern furnishings done in crisp whites, blacks and punches of pink as well as sea-themed accents and views of the fifth hole. From here you also have access to the terrace, where you’ll find a covered dining area. The well-equipped kitchen is slick with stainless steel appliances.

Up to 10 guests can comfortably stay in this villa’s five bedrooms. All rooms offer en-suites with showers and ceiling fans, and some rooms include views of the golf course, and private terraces; bed sizes range from a queen to twins that can convert into kings. The master suite encompasses the entire top level and is reached via a wooden atrium staircase. It also features private balconies (one with a bar), a king size bed and views of the Sandy Lane Golf Course and the sea.

While staying here, you’ll be just minutes from the beach and will have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Facility’s private cabana, tennis courts and golf course. The restaurants and shops of Holetown are also only two minutes away.

Longview Manor on Round Hill

Spend a Hollywood-worthy holiday at Longview Manor on Round Hill. Perched in a picture-perfect setting atop Round Hill, the villa has gorgeous views of the sea and mountains, luxurious amenities like a private tennis court and helicopter pad and a large indoor-outdoor space that’s ideal for hosting events. Seven bedrooms divided between the main house and a guest cottage mean there’s space and privacy for everyone.

Longview Manor has features you’d expect from a hotel in the privacy of a home, from a swimming pool and tennis court to a helicopter pad and golf cart. The services of a chef and butler are included in your stay, and you can take meals and cocktails on the terrace lounge area or the al-fresco dining area on the veranda. For comfort and convenience, the villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning and is wheelchair-accessible. From its gardens blooming with roses, hibiscus and bougainvillea to its crisp white trim and vaulted ceilings, Longview Manor has traditional Caribbean style outside and in. You’ll find four bedrooms in the main house at Longview Manor and three in a separate guest cottage. In the main house, there are two bedrooms with king beds and ocean views and two bedrooms with two twin beds, one of which has an ocean view. In the guest cottage, there are three bedrooms with two twin beds each. All seven bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all twin beds can be combined to form king beds. Larger parties can use the sofa bed in the living room for extra accommodations.

Climb aboard the golf cart for a 3-minute ride to Round Hill Beach. By car, it’s 8.5 miles to the shopping, dining and nightlife in Round Hill, 9 miles to the town of Montego Bay and 11 miles to Sangster International Airport. Bring your clubs to Half Moon Golf Course, 16 miles away, and Cinnamon Hill Golf Club, 19 miles away, and your racquets to Tryall Golf, Tennis and Beach Club, 17.5 miles away.
