Charming and private, Villa Tortue (PAR) is located on the Mont Jean hillside. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can be combined with a separate cottage at the entrance of the property.

The villa is built mainly on one level and has views in both directions, toward Pointe Milou and Marigot Bay. Traditional terra cotta and light wood combine in elegance with tropical colored fabrics. The guest bedroom is at the entrance and is decorated in hues of pink, white and blond wood; its private bathroom has an exterior shower and a terrace facing Marigot Bay. The living room also has an ocean view and boasts beautiful antique pine armoires with overstuffed sofas. There is a balcony to enjoy the magnificent views and the breeze of the trade winds .

In the heart of the villa, on a covered terrace, there is an open air living area with rattan furniture and bright colored cushions. The second guest bedroom is medium sized and is recommended for teenagers or children. The master suite is located off the pool area and is the largest with a dressing room, office, and private terrace opening to the garden and the view. This bedroom is truly wonderful and gives the impression of a luxury yacht with its polished floors and the elegant, refined decor based on the ever-changing colors of the sea and sky.

The villa has mature gardens with a little path leading to a barbecue area with the view over Pointe Milou and St Martin. Villa Tortue (PAR) is equipped with both a large pool and a relaxing solarium with a superb view. The perfect villa for that long-awaited holiday.

Serenity

Villla Serenity (LJF) is a beautiful three bedroom villa built on the hillside overlooking Gustavia and the harbor, with spectacular sunsets. The villa is very spacious and is built on one level, all the rooms open onto the wonderful view.

The villa is decorated with dark wood furnishings throughout, creating a magnificent harmony between antique colonial style and modern minimalist tendencies. The living area is very spacious and has sofas and comfortable, chocolate colored cushions. The wooden deck runs the length of the villa, where the pool is located, which has wide wooden, teak steps leading into it. On the surrounding deck there are several sitting areas and a dining table with a parasol.

The master bedroom has a platform bed and adjoining dressing room. The two other bedrooms are located in the guest house and are similar in style.

A peaceful and private villa with the advantage of being a stone’s throw from Gustavia.

Villa Sous la Falaise (SOU) is nestled just above the water at the eastern end of St. Jean Beach. Separate cottages offer a superb view of the white-sand beach, the bay, and the islets farther off the coast. This private and well-situated villa is within easy walking distance along the beach to St. Jean’s shops and restaurants.

A stone path connects the individual bedroom cottages to the main bungalow and its kitchen and living and dining areas. The large pool is located on a level below the bungalows, and there is a barbecue area which is great for entertaining families or large groups.
