With a perfect climate, stretches of amazing beaches and a unique culture, the island of Barbados offers visitors a memorable tropical getaway.

Indulge in the quiet serenity of the manicured back gardens that feature a fountain and swaying palm trees, or lounge on the pool deck on one of the cushioned chaises surrounded by stunning sea views. The large infinity-edge pool seems to almost blend into the turquoise waters of the sea ahead.

Inside, this estate boasts an open-air concept and views of the sea, and it is tastefully decorated with soft furnishings, marble floors and calming, neutral tones with pops of colour. The living room features cozy seating, high ceilings, and access to a large patio overlooking the garden and pool. A dining room offers soaring ceilings, a table with seating for up to eight, large doors with sea views and a small tropical garden. Meanwhile, the bright kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and has French doors leading out to the back garden.

The home allows up to eight guests, and has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and sea views. The master bedroom on the northern tip of the home features vaulted ceilings, a soaking tub and a private terrace through double French doors. Two other bedrooms are in the same wing, one being able to connect with the master, and the final, queen-sized bedroom is found on the far end of the home.

From here, you’ll be close to Holetown’s high-end shopping mall as well as some of the island’s top restaurants, and museum hopping can be done in the historic Speightstown, only a 10-minute drive away. Charming and cheerful, Belair is a beautiful setting for a beachfront vacation. Perched just above the white sands of Mullins Beach on the west coast of Barbados, the villa has unbeatable ocean views. During your stay, enjoy access to the exclusive nearby Sugar Hill Club, cook service and the privacy of six bedrooms spread out between the main house and a guest house.

You’ll want to spend most of your stay at Belair lounging, dining, sunbathing or just listening to the waves on the terrace that stretches along the beach—if not at the beach itself. The villa also has a barbecue, mini-bar, TV and DVD player to fill the evenings, and ceiling fans and air-conditioned bedrooms for restful nights. Cook service is included in your stay, and you’ll enjoy access to the shared swimming pool, tennis courts and gym at Sugar Hill Club as well.

If the villa’s pastel pink exterior doesn’t charm you at first sight, its breezy tropical interiors certainly will. White paneled ceilings and cream-colored tile floors keep the living and TV rooms bright and airy, while brightly patterned sofas in tones of blue and green have a cheerful, beachy feel. The dining area can seat up to ten guests, and the fully equipped kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar.

There are four bedrooms in the main house at Belair and two in the guest house; all have air conditioning. In the main house, the master suite has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, and one other bedroom has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms each have two twin beds, which can be combined to form king beds, and share a bathroom. In the guest house, the two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed, respectively, and share a bathroom.

Belair is located right on Mullins Beach, but it’s also close to several other beaches if you’d like to explore. Heywoods Beach is 2 miles away, Sandy Lane Beach is 4 miles away and Paynes Bay Beach is 5 miles away. The tennis court at Sugar Hill is 2.5 miles from the villa, but if you’re more interested in golf, you’ll find the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course just over a 2-mile drive, the Old Nine course at Sandy Lane a 5-mile drive and the Green Monkey course at Sandy Lane a 5.5-mile drive. Speightstown is 1 mile from the villa, Holetown, just over 3 miles, Bridgetown, 10 miles and the airport, 20 miles.
