Head down to the beach via a stairway from the villa’s expansive terrace. Enjoy sunbathing on its fine sands, or dive into the water and go snorkeling or swimming. The home’s sundeck and patio area is also a great spot to while away time. It’s sheltered by large palm trees and lush vegetation giving you and your guests plenty of privacy. Meanwhile, the kidney-shaped pool offers opportunities to cool down while taking in sea and beach views beyond. And close by, you’ll find an outdoor dining area under the covered portion of the terrace.

The interior of the villa boasts a modern living space with towering wood slated ceilings, neutral tones and natural light. The living area is spacious with white plush sofas and chairs, providing a blank canvas for the vivid hues of blue from the sea. This room also opens up to the lovely terrace. A casual dining area, complete with a bar, is bright and open with a glass-topped table, while a formal dining room features arched French doors that lead out to the gardens beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts black marble counters.

On hot days, enjoy a refreshing dip in the 1,000-sq.-ft., mosaic-tiled pool with rock features and mini waterfalls. Idle away an afternoon on one of the cushioned lounge chairs with a cool drink, or make your way to the outdoor seating areas on the covered verandah—the upper level balcony offers stunning views of the ocean. From the terrace, step into the living room through a set of French doors. No. 6, Firefly, set privately in the Old Trees development is the quintessential tropical retreat. Taking up an entire floor, Firefly features magnificent views overlooking the turquoise waters and sandy beach of exceptional Paynes Bay.

This extremely spacious and impeccably finished apartment features two expansive covered terraces overlooking Paynes Beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Firefly has been created out of two apartments and effectively covers the entire first floor of the North building. This arrangement ensures extremely spacious living and complete privacy.

Firefly is reached by elevator to the first floor. As you enter through the main doors the opulence of the apartment becomes apparent as the space is dominated by a striking coral stonewall illuminated with twinkling lights, vaulted pickled ceilings and warm recessed lighting. The generously proportioned living space opens out and offers multiple tastefully furnished seating options. This airy space is easily able to accommodate a black grand piano, while all around you are spectacular views of the Caribbean and perfect cloudless skies. It’s another day in paradise and Firefly gives you the perfect base from which to enjoy it. Set back from the living area is the well equipped galley-style kitchen lavishly finished with marble walls, clean lines of cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Firefly has ample outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, with two separate spacious terraces. The first features a generous plunge pool, two sun beds and private stairway leading you to the lush, tropical communal gardens with freeform swimming pool and waterfall. From here you can easily meander on to the golden sands of Payne’s Bay Beach for more private lounging options including sun chairs, umbrellas and beach butler service. The second terrace is equipped with a bar and splendid marble stone dining table which seats up to 14. Staff services are on hand to maximise your comfort and include housekeeper, cook, on-site Villa Manager and Concierge.

Firefly features five sumptuously appointed bedrooms all with en-suites, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The Master bedroom and Bedroom two and three are located to the left of the apartment, while Bedroom four, five and the Media Room and possible sixth bedroom are situated to the right. The Media Room is equipped with a sofa bed that converts to two single beds if so required.

Firefly is well positioned to enjoy the many amenities in the local area. It is just 2.4 km to Holetown with supermarket, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, 3.7 km to Sandy Lane – Country Club Golf Course and 10.4 km to Bridgetown. Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is just 25.3 km away.

Newly-built Allamanda Villa is one of our most family-friendly Jamaica villa rentals. Located 15 minutes from the lively town of Montego Bay on two acres of manicured grounds, this fully-staffed villa includes beach club membership at the exclusive Round Hill resort.

Allamanda Villa offers the amenities of a Caribbean luxury resort, with the comfort and privacy of home. With Caribbean Sea views and a beach entry, the saltwater infinity pool is surrounded by inviting sun loungers, swaying palm trees and a whirlpool spa. Private on-site activities include a billiards table, ping pong, a playscape for kids and a half-basketball court.
